Food is good but if I order takeout and I’m told it will be ready in 10 minutes and I arrive 15 minutes later and still have to wait 15 minutes standing at the register it tends to be aggravating. Especially when it happens every time!!! If that’s your policy to start to go orders when the customer shows up please let them know so you don’t cause problems like you have with myself and my family tonight. Profit over people is unethical
One of the very few places I can get a medium rare burger, cooked perfect every time. Always a big decision between the burger & chicken sandwich. Fries fresh never frozen and a huge portion, included with the sandwich. Just keeps getting better no matter which location.
Decent tap selection, Banging burgers, Tasty fries, and friend service. I come here regularly, they have never messed up my order and im always totally satisfied.
Had a yummy cheeseburger and fries. Sat outside and it was a beautiful day.
Boiling Point: (If I could give Zero Stars I would)The food is always good here and at all the locations I have been to. In fact, I have your seasoning at home. That isn't the problem. Here is the problem. Every time I come to this particular location (Porters Neck/Ogden) my to go orders are always messed up!!! Sometimes they forget a fry, a burger, a salad, a salad dressing, or leave an ingredient or 2 off that I had requested and may have paid for time and time again!!!! Part of it is my fault for not taking the time to open the bags, check each individual burger and make sure everything is in there and accounted for!!! I don't live around the corner so I just deal with the mistakes when I get home!!!In addition to all of this, the times I have called in an order, my order is 100% not ready when I get there. I am still waiting another 20 min +. You know why??? It's because the staff doesn't start making my order until I arrive at the location. What is the point of allowing someone to call in an order???Tonight!!!: After waiting for 45min (possibly longer) my order was given to someone else!! So the staff had to remake my entire order and I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes!!!!! How does this happen or any of this for that matter??? Your system seems to be orderly and precise, which is why I don't understand how this happens every time??? Maybe I just have bad luck??? I also understand that I came at the Peak time but this is unacceptable!!!! The staff did apologize and gave me cards to pay for my next meal. However, I was at my breaking point due to everything that has happened from previous experiences.PT'S: Your food is good, your staff is always pleasant but maybe the staff needs to be trained to PAY MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!! Also, GET RID of allowing customers to call in an order if you are going to just make a customer wait when they get there!!!!Done with PT's for now....I'm sure I will be back, but maybe not to this location.
Several locations in the area. We are near the Leland location and eat there several times a month. Great 6oz. burgers (multiple free toppings) and best seasoned fries along with a soft drink are included in the price. Other choices all of which can be served with a large salad instead. Costs more than Wendy's but way worth it.
Very good burger place and great prices. Not the best burger I’ve ever had but it hit the spot. The prices were reasonable and beer was cold.
Cheeseburger and lemon fries were great! Music was 70s and fantastic. Wait staff was friendly and fantastic.
Some of the best burgers and fries in town! Friendly staff, clean premises. Plenty of outdoor seating and pet friendly.
Went here for the first time and was happy with the experience. Burger wasn’t fantastic but it was still good and had good ingredients. Fries are definitely star of the show super good. Staff was also super helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back
