Amazing made-to-order burgers! When you walk in you’ll be greeted by tantalizing smells and cheerful employees. Step up to the counter and fill out the order pad to get your custom order started. Find a place to sit and eagerly await for your name to be called and food to be brought to your table. The burger itself was amazing, generously sized and covered in the toppings of your choice. The fries were incredible. The perfect amount of soft and crispy without the sogginess. While we didn’t choose to sub the fries for the house salad, I did see it go out looking fresh and wholesome. Hold on to the order pad with your name on it, as this is how you’ll pay at the very end. Overall, this burger will hit the spot after a long day at the beach. P.s. the lemonade is fresh squeezed.
Only taking a star away because for a first timer, the ordering process was unclear and disorganized - it was clear you used the pad to order, but there wasn't a place for a line to form, so people were just kind of crowded by the cash register.I had to read other Google reviews to understand that we pay at the end. Weird, since there wasn't any wait service provided to rationalize an additional tip.You can sit inside, outside, or order to go. They call your name when order is ready, and you pick it up at the counter. Don't throw away your order ticket when you do, as that's what you turn in when you pay.Burger was delicious, and fresh cut fries had amazing seasoning. Lemonade was also tasty (though refills cost extra $). No complaints at all with the food quality!
Came in last minute for dinner(we hate going into restaurants close to closing because it seems rude to go in last minute)There were 3 staff members working and they were the absolute best! So kind & friendly! All 3 of them went out of their way to tell us not to rush & checked on us throughout our visit. The food was great! Atmosphere was great! Music playing was great! Best PT’s Grille we’ve visited. Not sure of the staff names, but they deserve a raise or something:)We dined in on Tuesday April 26 so you guys from corporate will know who your staff was that evening:) They are the best!
Tried the bean burger WOW so good! Get the crispy fries too! Always great, Good food, friendly staff, free refills! Don't miss the chicken sandwich...
Not only were my fries ridiculously good, but the burger was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Period. Highly highly recommend!!!
Well I guess its my fault for not checking my food before we left. Can't trust people to do their jobs correctly now a days it's sad I paid 12 dollars for a burger on a soggy bun and nothing else on it, when I asked for everything that comes on it. Should have just went to Winnie's tavern.
Cooked and made fresh to order specialty burgers and french fries. You can dine-in, do take out/to-go, and outdoor patio seating. Friendly staff. You order your food at the counter. They cook to order. Open kitchen allows you to watch your burger being cooked. They serve the food to the table and refill your drinks for you and you pay on the way out. The service is tip worthy so don't forget to tip! My classic burger was delicious. Just wish y'all offered milkshakes, even if just the classy flavors of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. My visit was pleasant. Thank you.
Wanted some fries and my husband suggested P. T’s. He hit the nail on the head. The fries were cooked to order so they were hot and fresh.
We've been long time fans of PTs, but today was very disappointing at the Monkey Junction Location.Your dining room guy needs to wear a mask, especially being in that confined dining room space shouting the names of the customers in the middle of the dining room over the heads of the diners and spraying our food. I had to ask him not to come back to our table after he delivered our food. We'll avoid your restaurants until the pandemic is over.
Excellent burger and fries. They also make fresh lemonade!!! It's a great place to try some local beer too. The people were amazing and making sure tables were clean and checking if we needed refills. A good place to stop for a not pre-made kind of meal.
