Used to be the spot in Wilmington for a quality meal and decently priced for lunch or dinner. My total today was $15 for the 8oz burger and fries. Saw so many disgusting things inside the store before I even got my food; not clean dining room tables or dining room at all, table cleaner bottle laying around near food prep, out of date lemon slices being used and not on ice, staff not wearing masks correctly and then touching their mask and then touch food without washing hands or wearing gloves while touching ready-to-eat food. Also, the sanitation score is a 87.5 and it should be much lower. I won’t be coming back.

The burgers and other food haven’t changed but the prices have skyrocketed. $13 for One cheeseburger. $13!! And I paid $7 last night for 3 tiny chicken tenders. I love to support local business but with these prices and the amount and quality of the food not matching the prices, I might have to take business elsewhere unfortunately.

I loved my first experience at PTs. The burgers are absolutely on point. You don't have to see them cook it to know they are made by hand and cooked to order. So few places do that any longer. The fries are super tasty although perhaps a tad overseasoned but certainly worth ordering. I'll be back for sure
Fast and friendly burgers and the fries are delicious. Any burger any way you like it including a bean burger. Order and the counter and they deliver the food. Pay after. Just what we needed after a long day of driving.
Fries were delicious, burger was ok, not amazing, but it was fast. Food is not cooked to order, patties just look like pre made frozen. Staff was nice.
We often go to the store in Porter's Neck. We were please to find the quality of food and the pleasant atmosphere as well as the Charming staff was equally delightful. We were happy to see the experience different but delicious.
Took a while to get our food but worth the wait. Burger and fries were piping hot and tasty. Only complaint is the toasted bun kinda disintegrated making it pretty messy. Just passing through but I'd be a regular here
Burger was good, but next time I'll get the 8 oz instead of the 4 oz! For me the French fries were great, nice hand cut and crispy!
My husband and I enjoyed our food. The fries were hot and very delicious. It was our first time eating here and will come again. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich (all the way with mushrooms) and it was very good.
