Really enjoy their food here. However, my most recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for this location. We had a group of 8. None of our food came out at the same time. We were never asked for refills. By the time I got my side salad my pizza came out and we were the last dish on the table and everyone else was done eating. We came to eat together not 20+ Minutes apart. The kitchen staff needs to learn how to triage orders better. We saw some of them messing around putting dough on each other’s backs. They did add a discount to our meal for the wait which we all appreciated. They also gave us a coupon for free pretzel bites. Thank you for trying to make it right. I hope you all get your kitchen staff working more efficiently soon.
This is the Cobb Salad. Sad excuse. No effort to accommodate the fact that the grill was down. Never got our appetizers either.
We are not dining inside restaurants yet due to the pandemic, so we look for places with outside seating. On this particular evening a thunderstorm was expected so we got takeout and ate it in our hotel room. It was delicious! We had the House Special and it did not disappoint :) We are big fans of Mellow Mushroom wherever we go!

I need refund please Order # 8788022678863873 The hoagie was soggy and all the cheese stuck to the foil wrap. My wings were very chewy, I could tell they were old. I also didn’t receive the right sauces. Tried to contact for a refund after they asked me how it was “1-5” I said one. The link they sent went to doordash. $$ down the drain. Their pizza are amazing l though.

They serve room temperature pizza, and provide poor service.
Wow! This was such a poor experience. We ordered two cheese pizzas and drinks. After one full hour, our server came to say that there had been a "problem" with one of the pies, but both should be ready in about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, she served us the 2 pizzas. One was completely at room temperature. She offered to have it re-heated, which we agreed to. This process also took an extended period of time to the point that we finished the first pizza well before the re-heated "problem" pie made its reappearance. I won't even mention the machine shop decibel levels of the dining area. Never again, MM.
This is a way belated posting but my partner and I went for dinner after doing some halloween shopping and sat at the bar. Andy was extremely kind and friendly and indulged my halloween spirit when I asked him to make me a spooky cocktail and surprise me with the ingredients. We named it zombie brains and it was delicious. Food was delicious and overall service was fantastic!
