horrible employees and food cold
This McDonald's used to have a wonderful young lady whose name started with a Z. She and her staff were always amazing. It appears she has left and they've hired people that don't understand if you work in a position of customer service that it's beneficial to actually SPEAK to your customers. Used to be a fan of this store. Not anymore.
Came here on 04/16/22 at around 11:50pm, the black dude who runs drive through argued with me on how my drinks were supposed to come, even though he was wrong. He dropped my straws on purpose and slammed the window. These people who work here are the rudest I've ever came across. I'm going to report them to the BBB and I hope they all lose their jobs. I gave them no attitude, a simple quick fix is all I wanted. Terrible customer service. And they want $15 an hour????
Jabari , I’m not sure that’s how you spell his name but this man was exceptional! He went a above and beyond to explain to me the menu at the time , I wanted food but the menu was still up for late night/ dinner , but they weren’t serving that food at the time I was ordering , so I had to order breakfast food with no menu he was cool, calm and collect with how he explained everything , I gave him a token of my appreciation for that and I ordered breakfast food blindly , I got everything I wanted super fast, so with that being said thank to him and his team. I told him he needs to get a job downtown Wilmington, he can make what he makes in an hr plus more off 1 table , we need more ppl like him in this town. Service was Exceptional , and he needs to get what he’s worth . I’ll make it a point to contact him directly. God bless Jabari ! I don’t know this man from a can of paint but he reminds me of younger me . I managed a Burger King at 18 yrs old and now I bartend from being a mechanic. Good ppl deserve to get paid what they’re worth by being good humans , being nice and welcoming. .I’m highly impressed. Keep up the good work man. Especially being a brother (black) respect my man respect.
French fries were barely warm and hard. Fish sandwich wasnt good, fish dryed out. I went thru the drive thru on my way home an hour away. Otherwise I would've complained asking for replacements. My stomach has been slightly upset since Friday it's now Sunday and still Quizzy. Needless to say I won't stop here again.
Fast paced at the drive thru and my order was hot & correct!!,Thanks again ?
This McD location suffers from a lax attitude about the care and maintenance of the facility. For example, the main entry doors have been blocked for over three weeks for some unknown reason, and nothing seems to be happening about fixing a problem.There has been a liquid sanitizer hanging outside the restrooms for a couple years now but it has been out of sanitizer for months, despite repeated requests to refill it. (And that's just my requests - surely there are others making the same.Tables all have signs designating those in use, but I no longer see them being wiped down between customers.There is a display case on the counter that contains samples of the various pastries for sale but those on display seem to be changed infrequently - not very appetizing to look at.Because this unit is in a convenient location for me and has good coffee, I do stop in, but only for the coffee.
Just went to this location and went to the drive thru. Was told to park in space #1 which was already occupied. Then after waiting over 10 min.s for my food the employee not only came to my child's window, but also had the nerve to ask for a tip. Since when do we tip McDonald's? They need to get it together or train better.
We ordered McNuggests & 3 burgers. None of it was edible. The buns were stale and the patties had a weird taste. The nuggets were chewy. It all tasted like it was a least a day old. The only thing we were able to consume were our drinks.
Fresh hot food, quick and easy service. Never have they gotten my order wrong. Meeting expectations which is satisfying
