So stopped to get a large fry and a double fish with a large coke so started to eat the frys on the way home like I always do as soon as I started to eat some frys they were hard as rocks took a drink of my coke and it was flat as it can be disgusting got home not looking to take a bite out of the fish of course its cold I only live 4miles away.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Steer clear of this McDonald’s at all costs or you’ll be in the drive thru for 30+ minutes.We had 3-4 cars in front of us and it literally took 35 minutes to order and get food. 9 times out of 10 the food is cold and old anyway. Don’t waste time or money.
I'm not sure why this McDonald's is always on a 30 minute drive thru wait... Every time I visit here this is the case, just to receive cold, sloppily made food. Also, the employees never seem to have any manners. You can try to find another, but unfortunately all in Wilmington face similar issues. I have worked in a McDonald's kitchen in the past, the food is designed to be prepared quickly.... it just doesn't take that long.
Worst place to get food from if you want to be happy afterwards. Might as well only be drive in. Was late to work because I waited 20 minutes for an order of hot cakes and didn’t even get my food. This place is a joke of a restaurant and honestly I wish they’d go ahead go out of business to stop wasting everyone’s time.
Been sitting here waiting of my food for over 20 mins now I have to be at work soon 20 miners just for some breakfast is outrageous if I could give 0 stars I would. McDonald’s has turned into a dump.
Ordered spicy crispy chicken sandwich combi meal. Chicken definitely NOT crispy. Sauce was great. Fries didn't taste like typical McDonald's fries. What a waste.
If you don't like your job there don't work. I literally had the drive through lady trying to square up and fight me because i went through the drive through to pick up a grub hub order because this is how the other McDonald’s do it . This incident happened today at 6:37 pm I requested not to get order from this McDonald’s through Grub-hub because of her actions. I am a man and would not put my hands on a women even one crazy enough to fight her customer through the drive through! I received threats from this women and may think about complaining even further to corporate!
Don't go here! Look at all the bad reviews. What in heavens name are the people that own this business doing to improve their service? The service I received was criminal. They weren't going to give me my change because THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY!!!The time to tell me that was BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER. OWNER,whoever you are shut this place down until you can run it properly. You do a disservice to your customers and all McDonalds everywhere.
Worst McDonald’s around. Every time I go they mess up my order (which is usually just a burger with ketchup and a drink) this time I went, all I ordered was a drink and it took over 20 minutes and I never even got it. Took two other cars that had just pulled up in the drive through line but made me wait 5 minutes before even saying hello. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a drink I understand being short staffed and busy but that is ridiculous I’ve worked in food service before it’s really not that hard.
Worst service I have ever received from a McDonald's franchise restaurant. Two McGriddles and biscuits and gravy on one order and a bacon and egg McGriddle it has brown on the other had to wait 15 minutes for the second order and when I got back to my residence one of the McGriddles was not in the first order and I'm so mad I'm not even going back
