Eaten here many times over the years and a couple times lately post-covid (not really a thing but you get it).Good food, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a little tight but plenty of spaces.Only criticism is that they're a tad inconsistent... Sweet tea and sugar cookie is the bomb

Bought 2 BLTs. I was the only one waiting for an order, 15 minutes wait time for takeout. Both had black burnt toast hidden on the bottom in container. No mayo. Couldn't eat it. I guess I could have driven back 12 miles one way and got my money back, but at $4.30 a gallon and my time, it wouldn't be worth it. Should have been made right the first time. Never again will I spend money at McAlister's.

Friendly service, great food, and inviting atmosphere. Loved that the restrooms were clean and orderly with large stalls.

Worst Spud Max I have ever had. Basically two potatoes. Just poor quality. Can’t believe this made it out of the kitchen. To go order through Door dash; very frustrating when delivered. If I had been dining in I could have sent it back

Always large portions and fresh food. Not your little Panera portions! Great staff, clean place, mom and I love coming for lunch. Definitely recommend!

The best.. I used to think it was a deli till my sister put me on.. Food is delicious.. I love the salads.

This place used to be good. The food I received yesterday was absolutely unacceptable. Their "signature" bakes potatoes---which are not cheap---apparently according to the manager---its just something that happens when they are served at not even room temperature. Which I'm pretty sure the Health Department frowns on when your food temp is in the danger zone. The half sandwich that I paid $4.50 was crushed, over-browned and only had chicken salad on one half of the 1/2 croissant. When I asked for a potato that was actually warm...it took too long to replace so we left, very frustrated. We spent $27 on a dinner that wasn't edible. Well....the Cheetos were. Staffing shortages are no longer a valid excuse for terrible management. I won't ever step foot in the restaurant again. But, do better. Your customers deserve what they paid for and shouldn't have to write reviews like this one because they know you couldn't care less.

Love coming here with my grand baby’s food is so good!! Customer service is top notch enjoy when people work hard and help each other.

This is my ALL TIME FAVORITE place to order food. The Spud Max is on point. The staff is always smiling and ready to help with any questions you may have.

McAlister's Deli is never a bad choice when lunchtime rolls around. The sandwiches are tasty and filling, the sweet tea is sweet, and the cookies are tempting on every visit. The only thing that might steer you elsewhere at mealtime is the price. Not too much to be reasonable, but a little bit more than average for lunch.
