We went around 2:30, and ordered the lunch special, sushi rolls 3 for $15. We also ordered kani salad as an appetizer. Everything was super fresh and very tasty. Loved the ambiance.
WOW!This was the freshest Sushi and Hibachi me and my Fiancé has ever had. We came here this evening for my Birthday and happy to say we have a restaurant that cares about the quality of there food and the experience of there customers. ALL food was fresh, crisp and made in house that same day!The price was amazing and shockingly affordable. It was a 10 out of 10 and if you can request Haithan, he was the best waiter and made the experience even better ! Thank you Masa for making my birthday dinner a success!
I never get online to complete a review but I just had the most amazing meal ever and since this restaurant is new I wanted to help get the word out that this place has the most delicious sushi in town, hands down! I can’t wait to go back. I had 2 different kinds of sushi rolls and the pork dumplings, my friend had 3 rolls. Everything was so good! I’m still thinking about it days later. The wait staff was so kind and friendly and checked on us frequently.
10/10 experience. First time trying this sushi restaurant . The tuna is clearly fresh. We had the tuna nigiri to start and the tuna was deep red, how fresh tuna should look (no color added). We tried 4 different sushi rolls and every one was delicious. The presentation was stunning and it tasted as good as it looked. Luke's Lobster was the favorite sushi roll we ordered. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi and appreciates QUALITY ingredients. Way better than the other local popular sushi restaurants we have tried in the past. We will definitely be back
Came here for lunch, loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, even if it was a little small. We ordered the crab ragoons and 3 of the specialty rolls. Our waiter was very polite and sweet and checked on us often and he insisted on the dessert here. Definitely come back again when I visit Wilmington again.
Just ate there with my 7-yr old for lunch yesterday. The sushi was fresh and served quickly. Very good. But the reason I am taking the time to review is because the 2 servers were so friendly and efficient. They were both great. My son didn't want to leave, because he was having such a nice conversation with them. ...So we ordered more sushi and beer (sushi for him, beer for me). We'll be back the next time we get to Wilmington.
Edit: Went back a second time and food was very good. Will happily be going again.Placed a order for pickup, got there several minutes ahead of the time they told me to show. Upon arriving, spent several minutes waiting for someone to come see me only to call the phone while in the restaurant to get someone to come up. I was told my meal would be ready in a couple minutes, then again 5 minutes later. After 10 minutes with no word when it would be done, I had to leave to beat traffic with no food at all. I had no idea what happened to my order and why it wasn't there when no other customers were in the restaurant. I will say that getting my money refunded was easy though. Looking forward to trying the food next time and hopefully having the chance to leave a better review.
Amazing lunch specials and nice staff. Extremely cautious as I have avocado allergies. The food was so good. Super small location but didn’t feel crammed. Will be back!
