I was upset the hot light was not on. But the clerk told me the times it would be. So I would know next time because I love getting the Hot Glazed. Also I was just disappointed y'all don't have the sugar coated Blueberry or the Cinnamon Apple! I live on other side of town & wish y'all had a store near Market Street. Anyway, the clerk Ariona was very pleasant & helpful! Great Smile! I highly recommend her as part of your staff! Also, always recommend Krispy Kreme!
A lot of problems with this location.-No hot donuts during hot hours.-Frequently out of all of the specials that go on nationwide.-Frequently out of a variety of their regular menu donuts.-Running the glaze machine without any donuts going through, while the glaze is just dumping out onto the floors.-Donuts on display without trays, just sitting on metal bars.This location just closed down for renovations for a few months, but it seems to have somehow gotten worse. At least the employees seem friendlier than they used to be.
WAIST OF MONEY! DON’T GO! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The hot light was on when we arrived. I ordered a dozen classic doughnuts only to receive cold ones. I was super disappointed!!!!! The employees were sooooo slow and inefficient! I also ordered an iced caramel coffee to go with our doughnuts. I received iced water with caramel flavor in it. Seriously?!? How dumb can an employee be! This place SUCKS!
Every time I go here they are always out of doughnuts. Gotta get there early to get anything! But whoever was working the drive through tonight (3/19) at 7pm was very rude. Hope she has a better day next time. Another lady pulled up next to me and walked to the window. Must have had the same issues I was having.
Never had a bad experience ever at a krispy kreme anywhere, this is why it pains me to put a bad review. Also as a note you cant reciew on the app or website, so Google was the only place I could put it. But im from out of town and 30 min away but the kiddos wanted the St. Patricks day assortments, so I order online and drive the 30 min to the nearest location. I get there and after a few min I give my name and they bring me one box, I open to check as they walk away, assuming theyre grabbing my 2nd assorted St. Payricks day box. I check the firat and its the dozen green glazed, no prob. After a few min they come back to the window and ask If they can help me with something. I mention im missing a box of the assorted St. Patricks day, and they ask for my reciept, to which I reply, it was an online order, one green glazed the other assorted. After a few min, they bring me another box...of course at this point I check it, half assorted St. Patricks day, half glazed and clearly not what was ordered. I wait a few min, they return to the window again, I mention the mix up and im told, they ran out. Concerned I mention the price difference, and without a beat im told I can just cancel the order, and return the donuts. I was so surprised at the lack of customer service, and seeing that nothing will be done I just embarked on my 30 min drive back. I guess there is a first time for everything.
Bad day at Krispy Creme today. Ordered a dozen glazed and a Caramel Mocha Latte. The picture of the Caramel Mocha Latte on the drive up menu looked and sounded great? Not !!! It was just a warm cup of not so good coffee water !! No chocolate no caramel no whip creme and hardly any coffee, it was at best a very week cup of watery coffee! Sorry to say Krispy Creme has gone downhill lately!,,

I went to purchase a mere half dozen donuts two different days last week. Neither time did they have chocolate iced with sprinkles or chocolate creme filled. On the first visit, through the drive thru they just gave me random donuts that they had in stock. On the last visit they only had mini-glazed and chocolate custard donuts. Employee stated staff shortage as the reason for no donuts. Very disappointing since there is only one location in Wilmington.
Omg. The best donuts in the world. Can eat them every day. The workers are sooo nice and patient while you are making your choices. Great variety?
The donuts were great . ...the personal was lacking the quality o knowledge to keep the alcohol battery dispenser in power ...it was full but wud not operate ...the soap battery powered dispenser in the BR WAS EMPTY...I REPORTED IT TO PERSONEL AND TO NO AVAIL NO ONE FIXED EITHER OF THE ISSUES AS WE Stayed IN THE REST FOR A WHILE AND HAD COFFEE AND A FEW DONUTS...THE COFFEE WAS FRESH.. THEY WERE NOT COVERED UP OR VERY BUSY...I being 70 years ol had to ask for senior discount. And my friend purchased donors before I came and purchased coffee and was not offered the senior discount either...she did not go back and get it as we left in a hurry to pick up family at the hospital...
