So glad that we stopped here for dinner on the way home from Charleston!! We could smell the wood-fired oven from outside and knew that we were in the right place. As you walk in, you see the beautiful oven with the wood stacked below it in a little cubby. The service was quick and very helpful, because I was wavering between the K-salad and the penne primavera, and the server suggested the pasta with blackened shrimp. I went with that suggestion minus the shrimp and I wasn’t disappointed! I loved the artichokes, pine nuts, and zucchini that were in the penne with the most delicious pesto sauce! We ordered plain spaghetti with butter for my daughter and she ate the whole dish! She was still hungry, so we ordered her a simple scoop of vanilla ice cream in a bowl and she ate all of that, too. My boyfriend ordered himself a 10” pepperoni pizza and he devoured it with glee, it was so good!I went to take a close up picture of the oven and ran into the owner, who was super nice and came over to ask us what we thought about our dinner. We had a nice conversation before we paid the very reasonable bill. We will definitely return here the next time we’re traveling through the area!

I was told of this restaurant by a buddy of mine. It was really cold but that's no biggie. The pesto for the bread was kinda weird. Add a little salt and it wasn't bad. The chicken parm was tasty. The sauce was a little thin for me but had a good taste. Caesar salad was good. Fried chips were good but when we added some rance it was even better. Doubt I come back because there are better Italian spots around but always worth a try!

We ate here this afternoon and it was so good! We had visited a year ago and thought it was good, but nothing special (that’s why it was a year between visits). But this time was much better. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. I want to thank Maddison, our server. She treated us with such care and she was extremely engaging. They’re very fortunate to have her there. We’ll be back!

Great day at Kornerstone ate outside with 8 of our friends. They happily put tables together for us and we even had umbrellas. Pizza was yum and the Caesar salad delicious..cold Stella on draft.Sam our server took good care of us, very good service..

Really messed up our reservations. Sat us at the bar with our 17 year old son and told us booths are reserved and we asked to be sat at the bar. We said we made reservations and not at the bar. Back peddled and said “oh was going to talk to you about that” and ended up at bar anyways. Food delayed, my dish was cold but tasty. Family’s food good and right temp. Brian’s service made up the difference. Maybe Friday not the family night here. Charcuterie plate was different from our last 5 star experience- missing some cheeses, meat, and no olives this time. Specials ran out at 6 pm.

So delicious! Went here the first time in person back in December and have been back many times since. My favorite dish is the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. So good!

Great food coming out of their wood fired oven. Beautiful place, nice staff. Our server Sheena was very knowledgeable and efficient. My wife had the calamari and I had baked oysters. Thursdays they’re $1.50 apiece. Great tasting appetizers. My wife ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. I ordered the lasagna. I got some bread and homemade pesto to accompany my lasagna. Good choice! I could see the rest of the staff preparing for the after work crowd. I bet it rocks! We will eat here again, and suggest you give them a shot. I doubt they will disappoint you!

Ordered catering tonight for our neighbors and us to enjoy. Meatballs, chicken parmigiana, Cobb salad, bread with pesto.

Great Greek Salad! The salmon was outstanding and the staff, all of them were very attentive and seemed to truly be concerned that eveything was perfect. The owner has a real winner here!

I thought I was going to get toppings with my crust. Wasn’t a good first impression.
