They're always closing early and the past 2 times I've gotten the wrong order handed to me at checkout. Unfortunately I waited to get home before I checked. Then trying to call was a nightmare. It just kept ringing forever. I didn't get a receipt the 1st time but I asked for the 2nd one. So we'll see how the customer service is before I put any more stars.
Whoever worked tonight (6/16) needs a mf raise I don't know how they're still so positive 30 minutes before they closed. Literally better customer service than Chick-Fil-A. Lastly, whomever made my bowl extra famous like I asked deserves an extra raise.
I ordered online. My order was ready when I arrived and the staff was very friendly. Food was hot, delicious and my order was correct.
Everything was delicious. Best KFC I've had in a long time.
The cashier Carol was friendly and greeted with a smile. She was warm and what southern charm and customer service should be! Will come here before I go to Chick-fil-A across the street. What a difference that KFC is outshines the other chicken place. Keep up the good work. Food was good and served timely. Train more employees like Carol. ?
We were very disappointed in our take out orders. My husband got the 3.piece chicken strips meal and the strips were half the size they usually are. I got the the 3 piece wing meal and those were the smallest wings I've ever seen. They should not be allowed to even sell wings that small. I've never been dissatisfied with what I've gotten at KFC. THIS WAS A FIRST.
It is 8:50pm, Wednesday, 03/03/2021 right now and the store is not answering. I went through drive through about 10 minutes ago. Instead of 2 breasts and a leg, I got two backs and a leg, no napkins, no straw and am, as usual with this store, very disappointed ?
what made KFC's in the 1960's is being pushed today as the original recipe chicken is not the original. This was bland doughy nasty. No flavor,KFC would be out of business if the stores were not selling buritos
Chicken was very dry...especially on the ends!! Fries were cold and limp and the biscuit was hard!! I always want to eat KFC but I am reminded just how terrible the food really is....
Food is hot it’s good and it’s fast. Staff not much of small talkers but who cares if the food is correct and taste good.
