For the amount we have to pay its unacceptable that all of the portions have shrunk immensely. I barely got a half an ounce of meet on the drum and thigh combined. So I paid $10.00 and felt like I was in need of a meal 5 minutes after I finished eating.
I called more than 3 times to let them know they left items out my bag no one answered the phone and I didn’t get a receipt I know a lot of restaurants are short but y’all need to do better by making sure peoples orders are in the bag specially when they are spending 50$ or more on food and items are missing
I went to Kentucky for dinner and when I came out my car wouldn't start and I had the associates to come out and see what was wrong everyone did whatever they could to help me get started and I got the car started and I just want to say thanks to everyone who helped me at Kentucky fried Chicken at shipyard boulevard.

Normally quick service but sometimes they shut down before closing and just don't answer the drive thru.Workers at fast food places in Wilmington tend to do this often.
Best mashed potatoes and green beans in the fast food industry. The chicken is seasoned like no other.
The food is good just like any other KFC but if friendly people is a must don't go here.
It been a long time since I went to KFC and it going to be a long time before I go back . They have to change a lot even employee's food star with good employee's.
