The last few times I have tried to order at the Oleander location for pickup each person on the phone has been extremely rude, very short almost snobby as well when I do pickup my food it’s always wrong. I called over to K-Bueno directly after and they were all so helpful and friendly. Not sure what is going on at Oleander but myself and the company I work for are both done ordering from there. The food is wonderful but the service and the fact that we rarely get a fully correct order really overshadows that.
Went there for lunch, Salsa and queso were very delicious! I got the fajita burrito which was pretty decent. My boyfriend got the chimichanga, and was pretty disappointed! We never complain to restaurants, but I didn’t want him to eat something he wasn’t happy with. So we asked the waiter to take it back, and he was just gonna eat my side of rice and beans. The waiter still charged us for his meal… very disappointed in this place, I heard great things!

It was busy but the wait was quick. Staff friendly and food is always delicious ? The only issue with this location is parking or lack of it with K38 being so popular and about 3-4 other restaurants in the strip it's kind of a bummer but I'm still gonna go! ?
Who ever is bartenders tonight they definitely need some practice on making margaritas they were so terrible. Ask Texas Roadhouse how to make them

This has become our go-to joint to sit at the bar, enjoy a margarita and grab a bite. The food is authentic and full of flavor. The beer menu needs help, but you're going to a Mexican joint not a cantina. Expect a wait on weekends.
The front desk receptionist was very rude while I was trying to clear up a mistake made through my takeout central order. She would not help me and when I called takeout central to clear up the mistake, the takeout central dispatch said the same thing of her. Makes my first experience with K38 horrible and I probably won’t be back.
First time visit. Food was good but they were short staffed. Our waitress was running all over the restaurant. We had to go to the bar staff to get refills while waiting on our food.
K38 has been one of my favorite places to eat for years. Their Baja dishes are delicious.
