Maybe let your delivery drivers know that the diagonal lines in accessible parking spots are not the correct place to park- whether for 5 minutes or 5 hours. Disgusting disregard for people.
My wife and I ate lunch there today. When we walked in the music was so loud we could not even hear the man who took our order. My wife ordered a sub sandwich that was very dry. She assumed oil and vinegar would come on the sandwich, but it did not. The man taking our order may have asked her about it, but we could not hear a word he said. When we sat down to eat, the music was still so loud we could not even carry on a conversation across the table.I will certainly share my experience with family and friends and recommend they eat somewhere else. This was a miserable experience and we will not be back.
Love me some Jimmy John's for lunch! They're always nice and the place is clean. They always put a bunch of roast beef on my sandwich.
I had not visited this location in a number of months and was very disappointed! Sandwich was Okay! Eating counter was sticky, I advised staff and he simply handed me a napkin! I told him it needed a wet wipe and he went to sink, wet a paper towel and handed it to me! Same person was taking draws on a e-cigarette in his work area! Final straw I went to Mens room and it was Nasty, toilet, floor and sink area! Was Very surprised! Is it under new management?
I ate at JJ one time many years ago when they opened up in our area. Didn't like it then because I thought there was no substance to their sandwiches; all fillers (bread, lettuce, etc) and no meat. Never returned until yesterday. I ordered extra meat on my "BEEFY BLACK & BLEU" for $2.25. So I got 4 slices of roast beef. Makes we wonder if the normal sandwich has 2 or 3 slices of meat. Either way, I'm sticking with my first assessment of JJ. Never again.

Second time ordering from this location. Both times, it took forever and after telling them on the phone my place of work, both times they have called back looking for my workplace which is across the street. Today my order took 43 minutes and I got a call from the driver asking me where I was. No straw, no napkins, sandwich bread hard as a rock. Done with this place
This particular store on any given day would be 5-stars, but on this particular day I'd have to give them 3-stars. I ordered my food at 12:49 PM and didn't receive my food yet.I have no problems with a long wait, these things happen when you're understaffed, but I do have a problem with a lack of communication.Update: Just received my food at 2:24 and just as I expected the deliverer was gracious and apologized for the wait.Suggestion: It would be nice to receive a notification or to be alerted prior to ordering that there is a higher than normal wait-time. That would go a long way towards maintaining a healthy relationship with your customers and building a positive brand experience.
Me and my wife were going to go get food from the military cutoff location a few days ago so we called but no answer even after I called several times and the store was closed when we went up there so we thought we would try again yesterday but same thing and then again today so we have been trying to figure out if they're closed down or what bc they don't answer the phone and nobody is ever there can somebody tell me if they know anything bc we tried the other locations too but it was the same thing no answer and nobody there
Ordered, called 4 times an hour later with no answer, now I have to figure out how to get a refund for an order I never received. Have ordered here previously with some success, but rarely delivered within 15 minutes.
