One of two sandwiches were made correctly. The one that was not prepared correctly was supposed to have Dijon mustard and no mayonnaise. Can you guess how they prepared it? I will now drive farther than 45 minutes to go to a better JJ's. If you don't mind the lack of attention to detail, this location is for you. During these times of budgetary constraints, it is truly unfortunate to get service like this when you do choose to spend the money to treat yourself.

I only gave 1 star because I don't have 0 option. I was definitely charged so I l ow my order was received by jj. But I've never seen the samich. Just don't do it.
Should have looked over my order to make sure it was correct before heading home or saved my time and gas by avoiding this location entirely. Not all Jimny John's hold the same standards apparently. Incorrect orders seems to be the theme here.
not great, ordered from website for in store pick-up, watched the tracker for an hour (with no changes) and decided to walk up there. doors are locked and there is not even anyone there (ordered at 8:40 and stores not supposed to be closed until 10) :/
Ordered a #7 Spicy Italian pick up order. Got home, opened the bag only to have recieved a slice of bread and turkey. Called the store, Employees were laughing and did not fix. Also seemed to be high on something. Never again lol
I used to be Jimmy John's biggest fan, ordering from there twice a week, sometimes more. Tonight was the worst experience I have had. I ordered 3 sandwich meals. I got 2 sandwiches, one was correct the other, not so much. Then a whole sandwich not even in my order. I called to ask where the other one was and was told that they couldn't make my order correctly because they have a catering to do for 7. It's 610?♀️...then the lady hung up on me when I asked her when I could expect my refund. I also asked what I was supposed to do with half an order. Go figure.
The food was good but pricey.

Their slogan is “freaky fast” correct? So why did it take one hour and 40 minutes to deliver a sandwich?! Bread wasn’t cut in half as I requested. I ordered the pepe which is HAM? I got turkey. This store needs some assistance and calling corporate. Do NOT use them
