Went in today for a sub. Ordered a large and wanted it cut in two with mayo on 1/2. The rude staff tried to charge me for 2 subs and said it was special order. They did not after I said it was ridiculous. Problem is all these chains here are run by snot nosed kids that THINK they should be making double what they do and the store owner is not where to be found. If these employees are that miserable ask mommy for more of an allowance and sleep till noon like your little friends. Welcome to the new generation of The Customer is Never Right!
JJs brags they have 11 ingredients to put on your sub, but 7 are condiments and spices. Compare that to Subway which has several more veggie ingredients plus condiments and spices and that makes JJs mediocre. I get Italian subs at JJs. One is very good but one is bland and sparsely made. So it is a shame they are hit and miss
Been ordering delivery from this location for a couple of years, but lately the wait times have been very long. Today it took TWO HOURS, way past my lunch break time. Today is absolutely my last day ordering delivery from there again!!
I've seen jimmy johns advertising but today I was able to try their subs. My experience was awful. First the bread was so hard it was like cardboard, I couldn't bite through it, and then the tomatoes were so raw I couldn't chew them, I had to just remove them. The only thing good about the sandwich was the meat. I won't try this place again. Bad experience. First impression is last impression. 7/24/2021

Really good sandwiches. Really quick service. Music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think (I'm hearing impaired too).

Usually pretty good but waited over 45 minutes through my lunch break for my order not to show up.Called and they tried to tell me they couldn't refund because it was out for delivery. More time wasted waiting on the district manager supposedly to reverse charges and cancel the order. Wasted my lunch time and now hungry for the rest of the day. Won't be back
2 hours later and no food! Freaky slow
