I’m going to speak on customer service. We called to find out what type of food they serve besides sandwiches. The dude was so RUDE! Before we could finish asking he said that he wasn’t going to read us the menu and we could go online. First of all, we didn’t ask him to read us nothing from the menu. We just wanted to know what else they served besides subs. Jimmy John need to train your people how to talk to customers on the phone!!!!!
I am not the type to leave bad reviews but this experience really was upsetting. I placed an order and had the same delivery instructions that I always have (and an order that I placed earlier this week arrived to my office just fine). I work in a building that has 5 floors and multiple suite offices. I had a voicemail that my food was left OUTSIDE on Front Street because the delivery driver didn’t have a code to get into the building. There’s no code to get into the building (although there is a box to the right that might elude that there is a code- but I would have mentioned that in the delivery instructions if that were the case) and if the door handle was even touched, they would have realized that it was unlocked. I call and was blamed because I didn’t answer my phone (it was on DND because I work in an open office space) so I can give them that but the delivery instructions with the suite number were clear and I have not had any other issues in the many many times that I have ordered from that location. The fact that my food was left in the street was unacceptable. And the rude interaction that I had with that store when I called really upset me as well. I did call corporate to file a complaint but I doubt anything will come from it.
The young purple headed mask security/sandwich maker asked about my mask. I answered that I didn't have one and I'd be happy to go outside to order and wait. Her immediate response was "it's the law" bothered me because it's not. In addition, I suffer from heart and blood pressure issues where as a mask makes it difficult to breathe. I have a doctors note and I'm very respectful to others. I was happy to go outside. I typically order a sandwich from there at least once a week but I will be going around the corner for my sandwich to avoid any more liberal hissy fits.
It’s 4:40 PM and they’re already close, 20 min before time. Check your stores guys it can be posible this
The app says this location suddenly isn’t taking online orders that I had to call. I called 3 times to try and place an order. It constantly rang and I never got an answer. Annoying considering they’re open.
It's a cold sub shop
For the first time ever, this location did deliver freakishly fast, it took nearly 30 min to get my delivery on a Monday afternoon!
Good food and service.
I had Jimmy John's deliver some box lunches for a work meeting. Even though they close at 5 and our meeting was at 6, they still delivered right before close. Everything was perfect, nothing forgotten and everyone enjoyed their meal.
order from them all the time and they always get my drink wrong once i asked for sprite and they brung ice tea.... and once they forgot the drink entirely but them roast beefs be bussin and i need one now and its 4:11 pm been trying to call since 4:00 they close at 5:00..... why arent they answering? now i must starve and eat oodles noodles
