I got the #8 Club Sub. They forgot to put on the Applewood Bacon. 2 slices of ham. 2 of Turkey, one slice of Provolone Cheese. I have never gotten such a disappointing sub at Porter's Neck Location. I will not go back to that location. I usually get The Italian Sub which is loaded with meat. That's what I get for trying something different.

if I could I will give them zero stars the owners name is Robert and he is arrogant in a racist he has a nighttime manager which I believe is a child his name is Reese he did not do a well job preparing my order yesterday and he was very nice however the other gentleman in the morning time when I called back Reese referred me to his manager which is Lane I guess his upper management is very disrespectful as well the gentleman who owns the place his name is Robert and he had the nerve to tell me that I'm gonna be at 100% loss if he replaces my food to make up for the wrongful doing of his night shift instead of taking ownership and accountability of their mistakes and making it right they choose not to do so because we are black and said "you people " they are very racist and they are very disgusting people do not eat their recommend other Jersey Mike's in town but don't stop there and they are very disrespectful as well they should be shut down

I've been a customer of the Porters Neck location for years now. Everytime I go in they already know what I want and are very very hard workers and always seem happy to be there. I wish other sandwich chains would have good food, good workers, good atmosphere. They should all be proud of the great job they do. I'm not used to going in a restaurant where the owner is there doing everything right with the workers. This is my favorite location in Wilmington and I just want to let the sandwich artists know that they start my day off with a smile. Thanks again!
Foods usually good but $20 for a whole 17 with chips and a drink is outrageousI can go get a steak dinner at outback for thatI’ll bet this owner has some very nice beach houses at these prices

About one of the only restaurants I can go in and feel normal and eat a sandwich without wearing a damn mask. Thank you all for supporting freedom! The sandwiches have always been good, but this is the kind of business I love!
