Earlier this week I stopped in for a cheesesteak. I mentioned to the nice young man that last time I purchased a cheesesteak from a different location that they had given me a very small sub (bread loaf was extremely narrow) He instantly started making my sandwich and showed me the bread to make sure it was normal to me. His name is Ty, and he decided to give me a discount on my sandwich because of my last experience and I frequent Jersey Mike’s often. This kind and professional gesture absolutely made my night and his dedication to customer satisfaction is rare these days. I will only be going to this location because of his awesome work ethic and great attitude. He was an absolute delight and made me a customer for life of the CB road location. THANK TY!
Horrible, the worst sandwich ever, soggy, for 7.99 I expected a decent sandwich.
I enjoy Jersey Mike’s often but wanted to make sure I give this location 5 stars today after receiving excellent customer service.Ordered a portobello steak, received a portobello and Swiss (no steak). Didn’t notice till I took a bite after getting home. Took it back and they corrected the order and gave me the port steak. Honest mistake corrected, and I am a happy customer.Thank you.

Usually the staff in the Jersey Mike's are friendly and very helpful. But the girl Katie that works there was rude to my fiancée and I when taking our order tonight. This isn't the first time either she has been that way my fiancée said that Katie was rude to her in a previous transaction. But to top it off she was completely polite to the customer that ordered his food behind us. So someone needs to retrain her on how to treat a customer because that is completely unacceptable!
My first time here and Skyler helped me navigate through the process with great recommendations and the sandwich was delicious!! I will be back! Fitness tree favorite!!

Restaurant workers intentionally skipped my order to serve other customers. I went in to pick up my online order. I was a little earlier than suggested by the app so I kindly told them I would wait in the car and return in a few minutes. While in the car I observed at least 6 or 8 customers enter the store. When I reentered they still hadnt even started my sub. Meanwhile walk in customers were receiving their orders and leaving. After standing there frustrated for over 5 minutes watching as customers continued to be served and me ignored I asked for a refund. They told me they were working on it but had the wrong meats out. They then said 'oh' wrong Jon. They still never started my order. I finally received a refund but WILL NEVER return to this location after being treated this way.
