Terrible service by girl working Friday, May 20th at 7:30 PM. We ordered 2 regular subs, and she rolled her eyes at both me and my husband. It was VERY clear that we were inconveniencing her life by ordering food at her place of work. I will never return to this Jersey Mikes location. I’m a die hard fan of Jersey Mikes, but this has completely tainted my experience. I would post less than 1 star if possible.
I miss the old crew that used to work here, esp. Jesse who always greeted you with a smile and hello when you walked in. Three young guys working around 5 p.m. on 10/16 looked absolutely miserable. Guess they weren't overly thrilled they had a customer to wait on. Sorry I even came in! Ordered a chiplotle cheese steak sandwich and you would have thought the guy cooking it had just been asked to do 100 sit ups. He literally rolled his eyes as he begrudgingly walked over to the grill. I've always tipped well here but not today. I have no clue what happened to your usual friendly staff but it seems to be non-existant here anymore. Atleast it was this afternoon.
Eli, Dom, Jake, and Connor crushed it per usual. Food is always great and speedy. I will be back

They now refuse to wrap each quarter individually. At this location only! I will not be back to this Jersey Mike's until they will wrap each quarter individually like every other sandwich shop.My old review:I've been getting subs from this place for decades. Recently I placed my order on the app as usual lately. When they totally forgot to make my sandwich, I Ieft several messages for the owner to call me, and when he called me back, he agreed to send me a coupon for a free sandwich to make it right. Thank you!!!

Mo mask no service. Harris Teeter make a great sandwich and I walked there from Jersey Mike's. They have now landed on my no go list and none of my friends will ever eat there again either
