Really wanted a fresh tasty sub, and Jersey Mike's was perfect. They freshly sliced my cheese and meats. Great flavor and fresh ingredients.

Check your sandwiches before leaving the store if it's a busy day. We ended up with the wrong sandwiches. This is the first usually we have no problems ?

Walked into the location where the owner & general manager were so engaged in a conversation that prevented them both from greeting customers. The food speaks for itself..the customer service could use an upgrade.
So I asked for double meat on my Tuna fish sub and went to pay. The amount he wanted seemed a little high but I paid and moved on asking for my receipt. Got to my car and the kid charged me twice for extra meat. I went back inside and he proceeded to tell me he was right in charging me twice. I didn't want to argue with him so I left but I did go to the app on my phone and ordered the exact same thing and it only charged me 1.75 once. Are double meat and extra meat not the same thing??? Just felt like I got ripped off...
First time going to Jersey Mike's ever last week. Disappointed. Not saying they made me sick but, my stomach hurt all day after I ate the sandwich. I didn't even finish it. It was a turkey sandwich but the Turkey was slimy half way through the sandwich. The customer service was good but the food is suspect.
I have been going to Jersey Mikes since the 1960s. The original Mikes subs in Pt Pleasant was by far the best! Yesterday we went to the new store at the Oleander Mall in Wilmington NC and it was a disaster. The employees were doing the best they could and it really wasn't that busy. My husband ordered a sub in a tub and while we were paying I asked for a fork to go with it and was told they only had knives, no forks or spoons! It woukd have been nice to to be told that when you are ordering that they have no plastic ware. Apparently they had no napkins either cause they weren't in the bag either.Management please help this store!!!
