Love insomnia. Cookies were really good a bit oily but hit the spot! Definitely better warm but still yummy the next day. My favorites are the oatmeal raisin and peanut butter chip!
Went for late night treat on anniversary getaway. All the food was good but the service was “meh.” They seemed more worried about the mobile/online order fulfillment than the people standing in front of them. Wife ordered and half her order sat on counter while she stood there waiting for them to finish the three online orders before giving her the ice cream.
All I can say is WOW! The aroma, the flavor, incredible! And they deliver?Forget your diets. Forget trying to "be good". Indulge in this and be happy in life!
Stopped by for cookies and they didn't have the one I wanted. No big deal, I just ordered a couple of others and milk. Only milk they had was strawberry, but I wanted white. Still not a big deal but kind of bummed at this point, ordered strawberry. Cashier waits until my payment is processing to tell me the milk is not cold..... Who wants tepid milk with their cookies? There isn't at least a walk-in in the back to keep milk cool? Where is the transparency? Tell me this info before I order and don't wait until I'm paying for full disclosure. Common sense? This place has little.
I order insomnia cookies almost every weeknight. I live a bit far from the place and I'm on the 3rd story of an apartment building and I always appreciate how fast and considerate they are of delivery instructions! Please tip your cookie drivers well!
Front desk staff has horrible customer service, cookies are okay. Nothing special in my opinion. The fact that they don’t take cash is a little inconvenient considering I was going to pay with cash.
First time here was on 4/20, and the cookies were absolutely delicious and it was like they were straight out of the oven because they were warm and gooey!! Soooooooo good!!
It used to be so good, but I went in tonight and the guy behind the counter was so rude I’m shocked he still has a job. Also wouldn’t give us a to go box so there was just runny ice cream everywhere. Go to crumbl, at least they make a quality product.
I love going there for cookies but hate the parking lot. I wish we had one in Jacksonville.
We have not been customers for very long, but we have enjoyed at least four or five visits. However in the evening there is a worker who seems to not care. We came into an apparent argument and it didn't seem to matter that we were there ordering food. I don't like to order food from places where people are disgruntled. If she does not want to work then she should not. Especially if it is working with the public. This is a distaste that will take a while to get over. We left and went somewhere else. As a business owner I hate giving bad reviews to another business trying to earn and maintain good customers. One bad apple can still spoil the whole bunch.
