The food was great and i normally don’t review places, but something has to be said about the staff. We waited in line with no else around and the staff in charge of seating was just standing around talking not acknowledging us. Then when we got seated we choose to be seated in a booth and the waitress took the longest to bring out anything the whole time we were there. She was chatting to others and co workers not us acknowledge again. Overall bad service good food
Told a 25 minute wait and waited an hour. Then almost 2 hours after I arrived the food got here despite the place being half empty. The food wasn't even warm. Waffle House is across the street. Go there if you actually want good service.
Wouldn’t recommend this location. Waited an hour and a half for food. Our waitress did not check in with us at all. Never asked if we needed more refills on our drinks.
Service was slow tonight. It is most nights. Had a table of 5 and waited about 40 mins. A lot of times at night they'll close for dine in and only accept delivery only orders. However,they made up for it with super huge omelets and a kind wait staff. However my avocado I paid $3 for was about 1/4 thinly sliced. Wasn't happy about that. Kids had fun though.
I personally was expecting 4 pieces of bacon and larger pancakes (being they are the main corse) but otherwise!!! You are missing out if you haven't had this place! It also took about 30 minutes to get our food so that kinda sucked but... I mean the guy was so cool kept makeing sure we where good. I just loved it!
I ordered through door dash, well the host didn’t know exactly what we wanted when we called to order grits. Well the manager Chris got on the phone and understood what we wanted to do. DoorDash doesn’t offer grits so we were able to call to get them added to our order. He was really nice and went above to make sure we got our grits!!!!
Server was attentive..But took forever.Crispy bacon ordered.Was not..Ordered 3 scrambled eggs. Appeared to be one...toast hardOverall food slightly below average.Likely won't return.
Chrissy was my server. I was taken care of at every request. Very attentive and service oriented she was. The food was flawless and fresh as was the coffee.
Been in this IHOP location 3 time and always have a very good experience. Clean, friendly a.d attentive staff, very good food. I'm satisfied always.
Our waitress (I believe Laura.. maybe 40-45 with really short hair) was extremely disrespectful with my family and I. We ordered hash browns and pancakes as add ons, and she insisted we were wrong, she could be heard cursing repeatedly, (we asked her to please respect the child) and she said “you need to find out who you heard because I know it wasn’t me. Please don’t start with me.” She very clearly mumbled under her breath about us, as well as one other table she seemed super upset with. Overall the food was okay, but the service.. despicable.
