The waitress was rude and disrespectful. I ordered a 3 egg omelet there was nothing it. Everything I ordered to be put in it was scattered on the plate. We waited 45 minutes for our food when we got it. It was cold the waitress we had actually served me Burnt hash browns to the point they were as black as the rubber on my tires. She actually expected me to eat them. After this the waitress got the manager. The manager compt our food and kicked us out because I refused to eat the food I was served.

When did IHOP replace their regular sized coffee cups with ones from a Barbie Dream House? The carafe was mini sized as well. Food tasted okay, but had to send my sunny side eggs back since they: 1) had a yolk broken, when served, that ran all over the plate. 2) had a blue sprinkle from their birthday pancakes cooked into the egg white and smeared across the plate. Everything food wise had been reduced in size since the last time we were there a couple years ago, but the prices remained the same.And FYI, their sanitary rating is an 88 (B) and last rated in Dec 2021. Overworked waitresses can't keep up with serving customers and bussing tables, instead leaving quite a few tables dirty and covered in plates/food. We both ended up sick to our stomachs for 4 days just hours after eating here. Not a good experience all around and won't be coming back. This experience makes Waffle House look good!

Horrible experience ever! It took almost a hr to get our food. Everyone there was new except the manager and he looked like he was high as a kite! They had no ketchup like really go buy some! The waiter was new but was super sweet and I'm not blaming any of this on her she's new so it wasn't her fault! I will never eat there again and even the food was gross!

Food was great but time ⏲ was slow 30 minute wait.

We stopped in at noon for some food and that was the first mistake. When we walked in, every seat in the waiting room was full and two workers were arguing at the counter while one was on the phone. When she hung up the phone, she sat everyone except us. We waited for another 10 minutes. After getting a table, the waitress took our drink order and said she’d be right back with silverware but never came back. She then spilled my friend’s coffee on the table and had to get another one. Still no silverware. My friend couldn’t stir the creamer into her coffee which was awful because we still had no silverware after 30 minutes. She brought out our food and we had to sit there for another 10 minutes waiting for her to bring us silverware. When we were finally able to eat it was awful. Bland eggs and crepes and my friend said even the fruit tasted off. Then she charged me an extra $2 for crepes when there shouldn’t be an extra charge at all. Never coming here again. Save yourselves. Run.

Please ignore the previous negative reviews, I had an excellent experience at this IHOP location! The food was prepared quickly, exactly to order and my server was incredibly attentive. Would recommend to anyone looking to get some breakfast but can’t quite get up in time. Additionally, the sweet tea was fantastic, not too sweet at all. Practice patience when you’re in a public place and things will be okay.

The food once I finally got it was good and hot, but there were many problems that preceded that.Placed an online order that according to the app was ready. When I called the restaurant to let them know I was picking up curbside, I couldn’t even park in a space designated for it because the parking lot was a madhouse, just like the inside. I was acknowledged, but they were looking for other customers’ vehicles to bring their orders. What I thought may be a 10 minute wait because of short staffing, turned into right at an hour with me just asking for a refund at that point.Speaking with the GM was dealing with more chaos and now a bit of incompetence as I had to repeat my card number three times over the phone and a fourth inside. When I arrived inside, I found out that my online app order that was ready was actually never prepared at all. I was told by this same individual that the order wasn’t prepared when I cancelled it - but it was “ready”, remember according to the app an hour plus before.I’m highly annoyed and disappointed because I work in food service and I would never dream of offering this level of service to anyone for any reason. Also, we were out of town visitors from almost 3 hours away. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! Will not be returning to this location.

Great place for Breakfast anytime. Good lunch and Dinner options, but breakfast is what they do best. Better pricing than I thought. Good Food as well as Good Service! The New York Cheesecake Pancakes are a must try!

The food was very good but the service needs much improvement. We waited for 15 minutes to be seated. Then after we were seated we had to wait 50 minutes before our food was ever served to us. We were sitting by the kitchen so we could see and hear all of the confusion. Seemed like they were more interested in the call orders that they were bagging than the actual customers inside the restaurant. Very disappointed. ?

IHOP should be a company that goes out of business. Upon entering, it looked like it was closed & there was no one to greet us. The decor & entire vibe of IHOP is outdated. With all due respect, the place was run down, & the staff did not appear happy to be there. And after the random worker from the back scrambled to seat us & complained of no help... I realized it probably wasn't a good idea to stay. We then opened the menu, & my first thought was that if they are short staffed & miserable... that the food would most likely follow suit in terms of quality. So, we left. My uncle is an 84 year old veteran, we just wanted an affordable diner style meal... but, IHOP is nothing like it used to be. We wound up at Cracker Barrel... a much better choice altogether.
