I read all the reviews about this restaurant but decided to give it a try. As soon as you walk in you HAVE to pay and there is a sign that says absolutely NO REFUNDS! As of July 9th 2022 it is $20 per person for the buffet and a drink. I thought that was a little steep for your every day Chinese restaurant. The food was pretty good and the server kept our table clean and our drinks full.
Food was good until we saw several baby cockroaches crawling around and in the dishes. They were everywhere and even had one crawl up my leg?. will not be visiting again. discusting.
I use to like this place. It's never been anything over the top but it had always been consistent. The food was always hot and there was plenty to choose from. However, previous 2 visits,and the current one, have been pretty disappointing. Today I ate by myself and the required me to pay first. I know they have done this with large groups in the past but never for solo or small groups. Also, these last 3 visits have found the food either cold or just warm. The steam tables are working but the food isn't hot as I think it should be or has been in the past. Another thing is they no longer have chopsticks. Seems trivial but when you eat the sushi, you like chop sticks... I had my own so all was good. It is just disappointing as of late to see this place go so far down hill. I have eaten here for years but not sure I will eat hear again anytime soon. I think giving it 3 stars is generous. Good luck if you choose to give this place a try. It use to be good for the money but I think I will stick with other local sit down places for my Chinese food.
Went here today with a two friends and ate. The prices weren’t bad and the place seemed nice from first glance. However after being seated we realized it was quite dusty and could use a little spring cleaning. We made our plates with a little bit from everything to see what we liked. Most everything was very dry or had sat out for a long time. For the price, the food was worth it. It was just $40 dollars for 3 people. The waitress however is what caused an issue here. She brought us our drinks and 1refill, that was all. Every time I tried to get her attention for a refill, she ignored me. I had gotten up to get everyone seconds on their favorite items and the waitress had brought over our bill. I thought it was odd since I had paid before we sat down. I filled it out and put a line through the tip section because I didn’t want to have my card ran again and I had a cash tip to leave. She brought a refill on my drink and looked at the receipt I had set beside me (keep in mind we are still trying to eat and had only been there about 20-25minutes). She immediately raises her voice loud enough for those eating in booths next to us to hear and said “No tip”. I told her that we were still eating so I wasn’t ready to tip and leave. She continues to argue with me for a tip saying quote “I got you a refill, why no tip?”. I try to tell her I do not want to tip on my card, but she interrupted me and used a belittling tone of voice to slowly explain that our tip is not included with our meal price. At this point, I’m extremely over the embarrassment and aggression from her. I tell her to leave our table and that we will be finishing our meal and then leaving. She walks away and sighs. I completely understand working for tips, I do as well, and that’s why I know that most servers prefer a cash tip. After finishing our meal, we left the restaurant without tipping and with no interest in ever returning. The employees should be arguing with their bosses for more money, not the customers.
Always feels humid inside,Tables feel sticky cushions have ripps in them. Food was really greasy and watery rice was hard and dry. Walls are dirty yellow mildew build up. Disgusting
The employees were nice and the young man up front was reasonable. Unfortunately, the food was not appetizing since there were flies on the food and their sushi was very limited. Honestly once I saw the flies. I asked for a refund and the front person was polite and apologized. Good ppl but needs a little work on hygiene.P.s I did not get anything so I didn’t cause any inconvenience to the employees.
Great food and our waiter was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed but he didn't bother us. He would glance at our table an he walked by and before my husband's cup of pink lemonade could get empty he asked if he wanted a refill. He was very polite and I wish I could remember he's name.
Buffet dishes were marked incorrectly as to what the food or entree was. Restaurant was not busy, yet our dirty plates were not collected (buffet all you can eat restaurant). When we finally flagged down our waitress for tea refills, she returned with one glass of tea and poured 1/2 into my friends cup and the rest into mine. She came back later and plunked a glass of ice on the tablelan I

Manager was out for a while, all food was either very low and dried out, salmon was "white" my wife said we will be lucky to get out of here without food poisoning! We all made 1 plate and tried to eat it but it was just gross. We got up and they handed me a check for $86+ I waited around for the manager to arrive to tell him everything was not edible and I wasn't paying for it! I told him I ate shrimp from the hibachi and I would be glad to pay for 1 plate and drinks. He said no no I call the police! I said call them! Waiting on Police to arrive now while my family is in the car hungry! Stay far far away from this place. I gave him a twenty and said this should cover it and he said no I call police I said well call them and give me my $20 back!
