Been here three times, first time, got sick, didn’t attribute it to this place because friend didn’t get sick, second time same xp, third time i didn’t want to go but friends wanted too, so I decided to just order noodles and broccoli, can’t get sick off of that, right. Wrong, and this time my friends got sick as well, guess it caught up to them. Won’t be back.
We ordered delivery via doordash and had a lackluster experience. Overall, this food didn't have a ton of flavor or seasoning and very much needed one of the sauces that typically come with hibachi - having never been here, I don't know if they usually serve sauce or not, but a good yum yum sauce would have made a world of difference. Also, I did not ask for or want mushrooms, but they were added to my order anyway. We were not provided any napkins, utensils, or sauce packets.
Called four times to place an order, Sunday @ 7:30. Kept ringing, never was answered. Taking my business elsewhere.Response: I didn’t even mention being hung up on twice in the original review. So, your explanation is as insufficient as the ‘restaurant’s’ operation. “We hang up on customers, so, you should totally download our app”. LOL. College Road location. I historically order to pick up meals.When this place is "on," it's great.The problem that I've run into twice now is that the staff doesnt pay attention to special order requests when an order is placed - so it's a good thing I don't have any allergies or anything of the sort.Understaffed, but everyone is pleasant and working as hard as they can.

Food was cooked. Taste was mediocre. Location was clean. Staff was awesome. White sauce was more vinegary then sweet. Location is handicapped accessible. They also serve sushi.
Just lazy workers. My food was sitting ready for easily 10 minutes while standing there ( saw the bag that ended up being my food brought to counter). And none of the workers thought to call the number the tell you for you to come get it. While 4 of them weee just standing there
