Unbelievable nigiri! Some of the freshest sushi Iâve had since living in California. The escolar nigiri is a must-have and the staff was warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. We will be back again and again!

Service was slow. Dirty plates left on table for long time while eating. Sushi was good but two rolls for almost $40 would of wanted them to knock me off my feet. Rolls are bite size. Makes for easy popping in mouth but at $18 or $19 would have liked to felt fuller. Young server spilled egg drop on my wife. Accidents happen but I felt he could have been a little more apologetic. She did say egg drop was very good. All in all food was good but not sure I would travel the 20 min from wrightsville beach rental when there are other choices closer by with better ambiance.

Great food. Great service. Fantastic rolls and scallop and sweet shrimp sashimi. Coconut cakes was fantastic ⦠light yet rich with flavor. Totally 5 star. Expensive but still awesome.
High quality fresh sushi. Freshly prepared by master sushi chef Danny. Family operation cuts out high prices for fluff and sticks to high quality ingredients.
