The wings were fantastic, but their customer service is lacking. I ordered the wing sampler along with the crab rangoons. I was excited up until the point that I realized that I did not receive my complete order. I emailed them less than 10 minutes after getting home from picking up the order and was shocked that there was no response to their incompetence in forgetting half my order. I sent them a picture of the receipt of what I paid for and what was delivered and still no response. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this establishment.
I'm a big fan of this place and every time I'm more impressed than the last. These folks make great food and they really care. Thank you again!
Wow! Best wings I've had in a while. First time I ordered online, which was easy btw, I picked surprise me option for flavor. Can't speak to anything else on the menu, but if you're looking for wings dine right then this is the place. I got a flavor called black turtle got sauce, not too spicy and full of flavor. Side note one of the things I look for in a good wing spot in the quality of blue cheese they use, this place had amazing blue cheese. Must try if you like wings and are in the wilmington area. Decibel ordering here again!
Delicious food! The shrimp was well battered and cooked to perfection. The dumplings were flavorful and perfectly steamed. The Rangoons were delicious as well. Everything was fairly priced and the portions were genous
This was probably one of the best wing places I've ever eaten at! I'm actually not a huge fan of wings, but my husband is. I ended up getting shrimp and fries and crab rangoons, and he got chicken and veggies dumplings. Everything was absolutely amazingly delicious! The seasonings were spot on, and everything was nice and hot! Hopefully they can get a Jacksonville location because *EVERYBODY* needs to eat at Fu Wangz!!
We have been meaning to try this place in our neighborhood for the few months we've been here. The food and the portions are AMAZING. When they say jumbo shrimp, they mean JUMBO shrimp! I thought it was a bit too expensive but then I saw and tasted what I received---totally worth the money! Highly recommended! UPDATE- Second time ordering delivery today 2/10/22, best wings in Wilmington, hands down. Third edit- hot crispy fries, perfect wangz and shrimp, that cheese sauce, yall - eat their food.
The food is DELICIOUS however i just ordered a t-bone plate with fried shrimp and added a lobster tail this past SATURDAY my order came up to $43 it’s now tuesday i went there and placed the same EXACT order now my order is $53 idk if the staff is stealing money but that’s unacceptable. The same person keeps answering the phone and taking orders won’t put the manager or the owner on the phone. He says prices change but the menu is literally the same it’s no way the prices just changed in 3 days. i do not appreciate this AT ALL. i will not spend anymore money there and wonder why people do not support black owned businesses.
I have been looking for quality crispy wings and Fu Wangz is it!!! We tried the 25 wings with 5 different sauces. It's the best way to try their sauces.If you want wings as a meal and not just a poorly cooked bar appetizer, Fu Wangz are the ones. They are official on my weekly order list!!!
Just went here for the first time, got a hot dog and some fries and corn on the cob and it’s so delicious! They realized they forgot my fries and I was honestly not even worried about it but they apologized and made my fries and gave me a delicious piece of strawberry cake! That made my entire day! Thank you guys I will be back :)
