The staff is always excellent and friendly. My order has never been wrong. This is the best Firehouse I've ever been to.
Ordered my food, sat down and saw a big roach crawling on the floor near my table. Will not eat here again. Gross.

35 minutes for two subs. Unbelievable. No sense of urgency from the employees, whatsoever. By the time I get back to work lunch will be over. Last time I visit this place for a long time.
Always had good service. Recently they aren't open on Sundays anymore which isn't reflected on Google.

Great tasting sandwiches BUT the staff doesn't feel the need to wear a face mask even though all the customers were wearing them (when ordering and walking around the soda machine.). 4 stars for the food, zero stars for the attitude of the staff working today while a mask mandate is in place.
