This place here is 1 of my favs!! They have something for EVERYONE literally!!! You don't have to always go to these large store chains to find what you want. If you love:, seafood, ice cream, candy fresh veggies grown locally, etc, with so much I didn't mention this is the place to go asap!!! Thank me later ?
What a gem. If you are looking for NC products, and produce look no further. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are offered. There are shelled peas and beans in the inside cooler. An assortment of local jellies and jams, ham, cheese are also offered. In a separate building the seafood market offers the days catch. They will clean your fish here. They also sell ice cream.
A huge variety of pickled items and jarred goods. Multitudes of fresh Vegetables and fresh fruits. Great fresh seafood as well. Feels like an old fashioned country store. Reasonably priced. Service with a smile Definitely a must go to.
Great place for homemade products and nostalgic type products. Staff is very friendly and the veggies are straight from the farm - can’t get much fresher than that.
Go here, get some corn, some pickled whatever, and enjoy the best that local Wilmington has to offer. The fresh fish is to die for and don't forget to tip the people who clean your fish! They are fantastic folks.
Love love love this place, only been 1 time but ready to go back. If you by chance you eat "chow chow" they have the best I've had except when my granny was still with me. Probably not everyone's cup of tea but it is mine. Great Place!!!
For fresh fish this is the next best thing than getting on a charter for a deep sea trip. Fresh catch everyday. (Closed Sunday) You can order ahead for buckets of clams and oysters (in season). Sorry no photos, someday I'll remember to take some! ?
Always a great time shopping at Eagle Island produce, the staff and management/owner's are wonderful folk's and eager to help. Amazing the variety of products they have. From ice cream to alligator meat, produce, jerky, beer/wine, candy galore, unique soft drinks, jars of canned fruits, veggie, salsa's,pickled everything ???
Wish I knew about this hidden gem sooner! Lots of fresh veggies and fruits and seafood. Cheap, good ice cream! Has a general store and something for everyone! Definitely would stop again!
