I came in to the dunkin on Carolina Beach road this Sunday morning to get a bite to eat and study. It was a whole female crew and they all had the best attitude and were so kind! Not only did it taste amazing but they made me feel amazing. 10/10 recommend this store best customer service!
The coffee is always great but today the staff made my day! There was two girls inside and one guy at the drive-through. They were happy to be there and engaged in conversation, and got me my coffee super quick. Totally changes the experience when the people working are having fun!
I bought a dozen donuts plus 3extras. When I was paying them, I thought it was too expensive for what I got. But I had my preschooler trying to leave the store, so that thought got out my mind, and I got busy after that so I king forgot about it untill I was checking the receipt at night. I foynd they charged me 2 dozens instead of one. Store was closed when I realized, and it was too late to do anything about it since I could not prove I got only one dozen....I understand it is my fault not realizing that they overcharged me when I was in the store. However I am surprised they did not notice either since cost was almost double of what it should have been. It almost makes me thing they did it on purpose....
Says you're open at 5:30am, waited 20 minutes in the parking lot because I saw an employee inside, so I was hoping they were opening, but they never did. We had to go all the way to the oleander location, which is always on point, just to get some coffee.
Very unprofessional hiring manager alaura bush calls leaves messages without her name to schedule interviews but doesn’t say what day or time then never answered her phone again voicemail is full . Then after a week and more than 15 calls at different times and days to find out when is the interview?? sends u a text after calling the other stores to find out why ??? ((u get a we don’t need u text)) . This person needs serious training..

Coffee Was served cold, bitter and old tasting. When complained they re-warmed it in the microwave instead of making a fresh pot , too bad to drink.Donuts were good but not many to choose from approximately 4 flavors to choose from.
This location was swamped but they worked through it and did a good job.
Not good. I stopped by around 4pm, the donuts were stale. The person helping me dropped the bag on the floor and still used it. She thought I didn't see her do that.
