This place sucks! Ordered 2 large lattes and they were closed. This has happened a number of times!! Never going there again!!
Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. If someone is in front of you there will be a 30 minute wait only for them to not be serving most of the menu. Save yourself the headache and just don't go here.
They got my order wrong twice and I got yelled at asking what was wrong with my drink by the manager and they still took like 10 minutes to figure it out and I still got the wrong size at the end and my drink tastes awful because it was rushed at the end too. Was not happy with how I was treated and how bad the order wasn’t remembered or written down. Absolutely the worst service and repeated incidents while going there. It should not take 20 minutes to make a drink for 3 cars. I wouldn’t go there- the one by college and Oleander are so much more nice and faster.
This is one of the worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever been too. Not only do they just pick their own hours but i’ve been their multiple times and just no one is there. Today their sign said they were open til 2pm and I was there at 12:55 and no one was there. If you’re incapable of running a location professionally then close it down. Staff are rude and have no idea what they’re doing as well. They also gave me expired cream cheese then questioned me when I asked for them to give me a new bagel and cream cheese. Just don’t waste your money.
Terrible 45 minute wait and then coffee is wrong. Do come here if u wanna waste your time and $
Leaving this review solely because I’m just flabbergasted. Show up at 8am on Wed (9/29) and try to order munchkins. They say they are out. Okay. Try to order a donut. They say they have no donuts or munchkins at all today. Just breakfast sandwiches. What? Your name is Dunkin Donuts and it’s 8am. It’s honestly just comical.. like how?!
To start off with this Dunkin is drive-through only and there’s no dining inside and they close at 2pm everyday. Second I went there last Saturday around 9 AM and they informed me that they had no eggs and no creamer so I pulled out of the drive-through and went on my way. Well today I pulled in and they informed me that they were not cooking any food because they’re short staffed, not sure what that has to do with anything, I think that’s just pure laziness. The fact that the restaurant itself isn’t even open and it’s only drive-through and they can’t cook any food is ridiculous. Then on top of that because I had said some thing about it being ridiculous the girl working the window proceeded to cuss me out and scream at me so I just wanted to write this lovely review to inform everybody to not go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on military cut off in Wilmington North Carolina because either they never have half the food or they’re not cooking the food or you’re going to get screamed at because all you wanted was food so I’m boycotting this Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s ridiculous the way that they are acting and the way they’re treating the customers. They need to get management and get this under control because at this rate this Dunkin will be out of business in no time.
This location is absolutely terrible. I have been multiple times and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The wait is always ridiculously long and the workers are constantly rude. They never have what you want to order, and when they do, they screw up the order. Never again will I give them my business and hard earned money. I would give zero stars if that were possible!
This location is a joke and should be permanently closed! There's a new and different notice posted on the drive through sign every day. Staff shortage, coin shortage, limited menu, closing early, not open at all, oven is broken (yeah, right), excuses, excuses, excuses! Today they're out of bagels at 9:45 in the morning!!!! How in the world do you run out of every single bagel by 9:45 a.m.??!!! So done with the dysfunction here. Why bother being open at all?! Pitiful!!
We have attempted to go to this Dunkin’ twice this week and they have been closed. No notice or updated hours on the door or hours reflected here. What is this all about??
