Staff is rude. Always out of half of the menu. Decide to close the lobby whenever they feel like it. I spoke to corporate about an issue with a problem with a gift card that was sold at this location a few months ago and they were supposed to relay my message to someone at the location. I was never contacted afterwards. Clearly the owners and management don't care about their customers. Don't waste your time.

quick & accurate & courteous service. We got hot coffee and bacon& egg croissants and blueberry donuts for lunch about 1:30. Everything was delicious and prepared as presented on the menu. First visit to this location, we will definitely stop again when we're on this side of Wilmington.
I love Dunkin frozen coffee. Always order the same thing. Caramel Swirl. So why did I get my coffee and it was cinnamon? It was freaking nasty! Waste of my money. Like it wasn't busy. How do they mess up orders?
Never seen Boston cream donuts without cream in them. I am mean how can you mess up something so simple! I bet that worker hates his job so much that he/she decides to not fill 1/2 of dozen of Boston cream donuts. That’s like getting a mcchicken with no chicken in it. Shame on you Dunkin’ Donuts! Literally my 1 cheat a month a month and the only thing I am craving. Not gonna complain about the dry old donuts cause I went there 30 min before they close.
Very slow every time I go there, and they mess up my simple order almost every time. He even repeated it back and still on the sticker wasn’t even right.
The slowest DD I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to A LOT)! Last time I went then had 5 employees working, 2 cars in the drive thru and nobody at the counter… took them 15 mins to pour a black iced coffee and toast a bagel. They were all just chatting away behind the counter and goofing around.
This is my favorite Dunkin’ in Wilmington! The girls that work there every morning are the sweetest, and I’ve never had issues with my drinks—they’re always made perfectly :) I usually order for the office at work, which is about 4-5 drinks, and they’re always ready by the time I get there and I’m only 5 minutes down the road!
For being severely understaffed they did amazing on timing the food tasted good and we didn’t have to repeat ourselves multiple times great listeners recommend this place for breakfast!
