Ordered food at the drive-thru and then had to wait out front for 10 minutes for basic items. Asked for light cream, pretty much just received an iced cream and sugar with little coffee. Forgot some of my food items and didn't realize until I was home.
So wait in an extremely long line in the drive through. Get to the intercom hear nothing, wait and the traffic in line moved so I continue to go. Get to window just to order one med coffee, he won’t take my order and tells me to go back around and get in line again. After waiting over 25 min in the line to begin with. Already had to ditch the dd on n. College, now won’t be back to this one either. Don’t complain customers are rude if you are horrible at your job and lack any basic customer service skills. I usually go to Starbucks in the morning, this just happened to be the location I was in this morning, for 1.50 more, I always get on point coffee, great customer service, my order is always correct, and even when they have a long line, it moves pretty fast. If you want to save a a dollar or two go to DD. Where you will get sugar/cream with a dash of burnt coffee, and soggy bread that comes with un melted cheese or one piece of soggy bacon thrown in. It’s worse than cafeteria food. The ideas for food are okay, coming from the top, the issue is execution, you can’t make toast in a microwave, and the food seems like a serious afterthought even when being made, even when I used to try here, the bagels would have like a teaspoon of cream cheese on them and be rock hard. I have yet in to go to a decent dd where the items were edible here. That’s why this is my last choice and again they proved to me why it is today. Only reason DD IMO still is even here is because the north keeps them open. There prices are too close to better coffee shops now to keep them in business so we’ll see how long with these issues among with hiring teenagers and no management they last.
Be super careful at this location. Husband ordered a iced latte and it was half water which was a little frustrating but my iced coffee came out cream instead of oatmilk, as someone with a dairy allergy so I can’t really drink it now and it will go to waste. Double check your order before leaving the parking lot!Usually they are pretty okay but the last few trips they have messed our order up.
The girl at the counter commented on my appearance under her breath. I didn't check, but I believe they charged me incorrectly also. I paid over$3 for a small iced coffee. It might have been correct. I didn't it. All the employees present were very young and didn't seem very organized
Gotta be the worst Dunkin in the world. Employees are incredibly rude and take forever. You can hear them complaining the whole time you're in there and they forget something every single time. When you tell them you order something else they will blame you or make excuses never just say my bad. Manager and general manager were there today and service was as bad as ever
Spent $12 on a coffee and what I thought was breakfast! Both were horrible!! I was supposed to get a caramel creme, but it tasted like straight burnt coffee. The chicken and bacon croissant was a joke. A piece of sliced chicken for sandwiches and a piece of bacon. Won't be going back. That's for sure.
This Dunkin on Market is great! Tuesday mornings the Donuts are the best. It can get busy but it's better then others in town.
Not the best Dunkin Donuts, it's really a hit or miss with their coffees. Donuts are always great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The employees are so polite. They seem to really enjoy their job. I went through the drive through at 8 am on a Tuesday and the service was quick, friendly and exceptional. Great experience. This was my first visit at this location.??
