This location is permanently closed. Somone needs to take it down. You can order online from this one but you won't get it cause the place is emptied out.
This location is closed and, according to the meter maid, it has been closed for a while! And we were able to place and pay for the order online!!
I tried to stop by 2 or 3 times but they didn't seem to be open when their hours suggested that they should be

I visited Dunkin Donuts on a Saturday to pick a order and the website states they were open from 8am, they were closed at 10:12am. What is the problem here???
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. They never have coffee rolls or half of their other items in stock. They mess up simple coffee requests like only one pump of cream please. They are usually closed for one or two days a week for no particular reason and the donuts they do have in stock don’t even taste right. I can’t wait till this place goes out of business and somebody else opens up a business there
Keeps changing hours but won’t change them online. Have shown up several times to the store being closed despite the online hours saying it’s open. Extreme inconvenience especially downtown where you have to find parking first.
I ordered my food on the app. It took me 10 minutes to walk down there and there was a sign on the door that said closed for 30 minutes. I was on my break at work and was late of course. The manager was rude and corporate has done absolutely nothing. So if you’re looking for a snack on your break or a morning coffee, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Today is 5/5/21. Checked the dunkin website for closing times. Website indicated that the stores close at 3. walked to the dunkin on the Corner of Princess and 3rd st in Wilmington at 1:45pm only for them to already be closed a full 15 minutes early. A sign on the door states that they do not close until 2. This is probably the 10th bad experience we have had at this one location. There won't be an 11th. Do better or shut it down.
