Slow service, poor communication and lack of respect for customers. We ordered and paid for take out through the App. Both take out and drive through were an option. We chose take. Arrived to pick up our order only to find sign on door indicating lobby is closed. Signs for picking up orders were still displayed in parking lot. Wasn’t sure what we were supposed to do. Waited a few minutes to see if someone would bring out our order. Knocked on door, but got no response. Tried

I love Dunkin’ coffee and have it daily. I was a bit disappointed that my coffee was served warm. It tasted good but I definitely like it better when it’s served hot.
Great service, good breakfast food, and amazing coffee all for a good price :)
