Have been to this location 3 times now that I’ve had to pull out of line after waiting 10-15 minutes. Today I was told any food, bagel, muffin, wraps, would take 10 minutes as they are now “made to order”. This is an unacceptable ask from a drive thru, take food off the menu if you can’t keep up. Will not be returning until new practices are in place.
I come to this location quite often. This morning, I received a coffee with a hole in the cup that leaked all over my car. When I came back in, the staff was extremely courteous, gave me a new coffee and omelete bites. Mistakes happen, and I'm very happy with how the staff handled it ?
Great coffee, great blueberry donuts. Staff varies but I appreciate those working as we've got so many people unwilling to work now a days.
Always love this place. IMHO they are better than the other big coffee place. I love their Iced Mocha Latte... bigger and cheaper than ? ?
Morning workers are very rude and they don't know how to do anything correct when you request for them to fix there mistake for an example i ordered a hot coffee regular cream and sugar it had no sugar and it was cold ? ?, whenever therrs an cold drink they don't provide a straw and when you ask for one they get upset. Change these workers! I only go there during the afternoon knowing the next set of workers are in.
I had an issue with a transaction. Waiting 2 days for a manager to give me a call. Went in and had the pleasure of meeting Laura. Once explained to her my issue she took care of it right away. She was very helpful and professional.
Lobby was closed due to “Staffing Issues”. Being that I walked across the parking lot to realize that it is drive thru only, and the fact that my work truck will not fit in the drive thru. Please don’t worry about staffing anymore. You have one less customer to deal with in the future. Taco Bell coffee isn’t as good, but they are open.
Donuts were good but they were unable to make hash browns or other breakfast foods when I arrived there. Definitely understand that things break down but I was disappointed that I wasn't able to order what I wanted.
They don't listen to your order. They give you one napkin for 6 donuts but give you 20 splendas for a small tea. Terrible customer service. They need to train at chick filet and learn a thing or two
Just picked up an order for delivery at this Dunkin. My delivery driver app texted me that the order was ready for pickup. I arrived and proceeded to the pickup counter where I was promptly ignored by no less than three employees who looked me straight in the eye and ignored me for almost 10 minutes. I was scanning the counter for the sealed bag that would contain the simple order of a half dozen glazed donuts. None in sight. That’s because the delivery order that they falsely indicated was ready for pickup was indeed NOT ready. Someone simply pressed the button on the tablet. It was NOT busy at all, only one other customer in the place. Someone finally stuck their head from around the corner and asked if I was picking up an order. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. Funny, I thought it was already READY! Minutes later a young woman slides a box across the counter declaring that the order was ready. No tape, no seal, no bag, nothing to prevent anyone from rummaging through the order if they so desired. Anytime I pick up a delivery order at ANY other DD in this town the order is sealed in a bag! Can you say COVID? These were without a doubt the rudest, laziest, most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. If you want delivery do NOT order from this location. Believe ALL the one star reviews, the WORST location in the Wilmington area.
