Stopped in for breakfast with my daughter about a week ago. Sat down quickly. We had the BEST waitress, Sherry. You can tell she really loves her job. She was so friendly and on top of checking in with us to make sure we always had what we needed.

1) I placed an order for curbside pickup, but when I show up nobody was answering the phone and I was watching the staff standing around through the window. (15 minutes my phone was ringing)2) The doors were closed so I couldn't go inside to tell them my I was ready to pickup my food.3) Finally when someone shown up they left and never came back.4) My food is ice cold and my damn lemonade is watered down from the ice.Normally this place is great but whatever staff on the night of 5/22/22 was terrible. I used to work in the food industry, so I get wanting to clean up, but I shown up well before closing and nobody attempted to see if the person calling was just trying to pick up their food. I can't take another chance of receiving bad service like that and to think I even tipped them ahead of time.

Excellent! We ordered Easter dinner. The pick up process was flawless. We ordered dinner for 20 people and we ordered nearly everything on the menu because of the vast likes and dislikes when it comes to our family. It was all prepared, just heat and serve. The food was great! And because of the amount of each serving everyone took home extras. THANK YOU CB!

Worst experience ever. We were told 80 mins for a table, that’s fine. It’s Mother’s Day. We didn’t even get sat until 2 hours. There were multiple open tables around us when we got seated so we were kind of surprised for how long the wait was. After we ordered our food two tables that came after us like 20 minutes after got food before us. We were there for almost 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous and the food was trash. Not once did a manager come and apologize when it was obvious how terrible things were going.

We had a party of 14 people for Mother’s Day breakfast. The staff was so attentive and responsive to all of us. We had 5 children and they were so kind to them as well Even with our large party the food came out at the same time and was fresh and hot. It was a great time.

Food and service was great per usual.

Cracker barrel is one of those places that will always remain the same. It is highly recommended for visitors from other countries or if you are on a long road trip and you see a cracker barrel on the blue road sign because you know what to expect. It's cracker barrel. I haven't been here in a decade because the choices of breakfast in Wilmington are way better than Cracker Barrel. But I did happen here on a whim and was a little pushed back it felt a little more... corporate or perhaps I was just more aware, odd that they were heavily pushing alcohol sales, or when the cashier at the end told me she isn't going to win the contest for who can sell the most of the candy of the month. I will say, my server was fantastic, like absolutely I don't remember her name but I wanted to be like you can work at Hops Supply or somewhere else for breakfast and make double the tips than here, go somewhere bougie and get that money girl. But she just might make it up in volume, it was Sunday morning and the joint was hopping.

I can recall only once having a server so great that we still tell funny stories about along with the recommendation for the restaurant, now we have a second! I wish I could remember his name. He was a young blonde-haired guy that far exceeded our expectations. Not only was he friendly, funny, and polite but our order was brought up quickly and correct. Our glasses were always full and he seemed always only a step away. On top of it all, he catered to my husband's milk obsession. We haven't been to cracker barrel in quite some time but we'll definitely be back soon. I guess I should also mention that thing we ordered was delicious as well.

First off I am a cook and have had this meal many times and enjoyed it so this is a true review. My meal was ridiculous Saturday Night2 - 26 -2022. I Waited two hours to eat, one hour in the lobby and one to eat. My meal came out cold with burnt black mac n cheese that I had to scape to the side, dry gravy on top of my pot roast when it arrived and hard mash potatoes. The mashed potatoes were so stiff my fork stood up. I had to go home to find some food from being so hungry. Very sad because I am now a local and won’t be back.

Cracker Barrel's food gets four stars, and their hospitality gets five stars. When I'm RV traveling, I can always count on a Cracker Barrel to be safe place to rest. Using the app means it's very easy to order and grab takeout as well.
