The service here has gone soooo down hill. I ordered a chocolate cherry shake, but I basically received a vanilla shake with 1/4 a teaspoon of cherry syrup and not a single trace of chocolate. Good thing I had some chocolate syrup at home I could mix in myself.Unfortunately, the disappointment doesn’t stop there. I asked for cheese fries with my tray, when they repeated the order they said just regular fries. I corrected her by saying “actually i would like cheese on the fries.” Made the mistake of not checking until I got home, because to my disappointment they had given me regular fries with no cheese! After asking twice! I checked the ticket to see if maybe they just forgot but the ticket itself read “fries”. They didn’t even correct the order in the system when I corrected them.I also have been given attitude when I asked for ranch at the window, saying that we have to ask for it at the intercom, and almost did not receive any ranch because of her rude attitude.The next time I went, I kept in mind to ask at the intercom and you know what they said?“Please ask for sauce at the window” Like??? Which is it???Usually, I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but for the past 6-12months this specific cookout has disappointed me every single time I’ve gone. If you’re in Wilmington and want cookout, I’d just go to the one by UNCW. That location is way out of my way, but I will forever go out of my way just so I don’t keep getting disappointed.

I probably wouldn't be so salty if the girl at the window knew how to count change... gonna take my cash, then look at the drawer, say I can't make change... I hear the change jingle, and I glance over.. I see silver! Problem with society today.. People just don't give effort... Next time.. I'll bring my penny jar, I'll bring change for everyone. Paying with rolls of pennys next time.. I can't wait now(Opened my box, had to edit this.. Lets add raw fries too) why not... Paying more, for worse service.. So glad... Lets go Brandon..
Can't eat inside so had to go to drive thru. Hubby ordered a tray and I just got a bbq sandwich. Total came to 15.00!! Found out cashier did not give us the tray but tried to charge us ala carte! Acted like she had never heard of a cook out tray before had a NASTY attitude!! Welcome here a lot and everyone had always been so kind and friendly!! We are soooooo very disappointed ?. Be glad when we can dine in again! Cashier name was Alondra. Maybe she is just having a bad day? Don't appreciate being treated this way...
My fries were soggy as was the bread for my burger, which was overcooked and hard. But the shakes were on point like always. The person taking my order was very pleasant
Didn't give us honey mustard, napkins or ketchup when requested. I asked for no bun bc of a wheat allergy and they gave us a bun. Fries were overcooked, need to change fryvat grease.
Great service! I have only been to this location a few times but have had great service Everytime. Gives me hope for the service industry...
Never know what you're going to get. Some days the food and service is great, but on most days there's usually something wrong with the order and the cashiers are hardly ever friendly! It's been this way long before Covid happened, and it's only gotten worse since.
Got the cheese burger and quesadilla. Fast service. Great prices. I dinged them 1 star because they desperately need a new coleslaw recipe.
