First of all! We were on our way to get ice cream and they were almost closing and we made It to the ice cream store and they let us in we were ordering our ice cream and they were rushing a lot and also struggling like crazy, they gave us wrong sizes not the sizes we ask for! And also the employees were arguing in front of us! When we were trying to pay for the ice cream they were arguing over which employee should ring us up for our total. I have always had good service at cold stone creamery, this is the first time it was the worst service of my life!!
Edit: A full refund has been processed, and it was taken care of quickly..Ordered through the app, got delivery. They didn't package it AT ALL. The milkshake was just sitting it a bag, spilling out because nothing was done to secure it on their end. General Manager caught an attitude with me, which I understand some part of as I called late after an employee (Thomas, bless him, it wasn't his fault) gave me his number, insisting I do so should I want a refund for the milkshake. Will change review and update when solution comes through. What bit was left in the bag (the rest of the milkshake soaked through, was glad it was a small milkshake).
Have been twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times did not receive my points and spent 60.00. The icecream was also not mixed well.
I went to get ice cream here today because I won a gift card in a raffle. I was in there for a few minutes just looking at all the flavors, I had never been there before and I had no idea what I wanted. I had asked for a sample, then I asked if I could get three scoops of different flavors in my order because I couldn’t choose and they only allow one sample so I still wasn’t sure what to pick. The guy behind the counter said no, they only do two scoops per order. OK, no big deal. I was trying to make small talk with the guy and I said choosing an ice cream flavor is hard for me. He said something to the effect of if choosing an ice cream flavor is hard for you you need to “look inward” because it isn’t that difficult. Lol, WHAT?! I asked him two questions the whole time I was in the store, it wasn’t busy, there was no one in line behind me, and I thought I was kind to him. Maybe not? I got cookie dough flavor. It wasn’t at all what I thought it would be, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. I could understand if I had said/done something out of line or if I was being obnoxious, but I sincerely don’t think I was. Definitely not enough to purposefully make me feel stupid for not knowing what ice cream to get at a place I had never been to before. Yikes.
The experience was terrible. They rushed us and wasnt trying to listen to me to finish our order. The guy got a attitude, shaking his head and slamming stuff. The manager said ma'am he doesn't have a attitude, when clearly the guy did. Also it was a hair in one of our shakes. They dont wear hair nets. I wish I didn't have to give any stars.
Ordered a birthday cake. Looked like cake was rushed to get finished..... Writing was VERY messy, strawberries were in odd-shaped chunks, overall the presentation was just not very professional. Sent my daughter in to pick it up and the person who gave it to her was very rude and just not friendly. Cake with okay, nothing great. We'll go somewhere else next time!!
So good! The banana bread icecream is delicious
Just came in here for a treat for the kid. Not sure what's going on with their cooling, but the signature creation was melted before it was even handed to us. Tried a few bites but it was liquid. Even the toddler wouldn't eat it.
Not impressed. Mint ice cream was soft and mushy rather melted. had to chocolate chips rather than already incorporated chocolate chips. Server added so few chips couldn’t even see them. Asked for more and was provided them. Quality very low for the price… will stick with kilwins or goodberrys.
