Ordered a $12 salad for delivery. 2 hours later, no salad. Called and they told me that door dash picked it up and they have no control over it anymore.. Called an hour later again and spoke to a manager, it NEVER actually left the building. DoorDash never picked up the order!! Waste of time just trying to get lunch delivered..they did refund me though
Can't believe I haven't reveiwed this place yet. I probably eat there atleast once a week. I'd probably eat here everyday if I lived closer. Reasonably priced for what you get unless you do the build your own, and they can get really expensive. Wish they'd adjust how they priced those. Much better than fast food, and way healthier. The only bad thing I've had is the tea. I've just stopped ordering it because it's like $2.50 and never good.
Showed up for my order tonight. 4 salads = $55. Saw that the bag did not have the bread that is included in the dinner salad. Asked the manager politely if I could have a bag of chips for the replacement. Was told no.Not going to fight it, but seems like if you run out of bread you can go to the grocery store across the street and continue your service. I would also think I am going to do something other than a not on the bill that we are "out of bread"
I love it here! Everything is so fresh! The staff is friendly most of the time, the management not personable at all. I usually take my food to go here.
Salads are really great but having to create an account just to order take out is insane. I will eat somewhere else since I cant order on line without yet another log in and password. Really? Shame....
Service was good, but the food was terrible. My friend and I got different salads and we both ended up throwing them away we disliked them so much. They are way overpriced too.
After 3 times in a row of at least one item in our to go order being blatantly wrong (dairy items on salads for someone who specifies dairy free due to allergies and most recently pork added to a meat free bowl that shouldn’t have even come with pork to start with) we will not be coming back again. Management is always very apologetic and with staff shortages we’ve tried to be understanding, but for a job that’s literally reading a list of 5-7 ingredients and mixing them together their quality is abysmal.
Portion size is good, but that's about it. A few ingredients in our salads had gone off. The teas, lemonade and hibiscus drink tasted like it hadn't been changed out in a few days. ( When tea tastes like molasses it means it's gone off) told the cashier about it, someone came out tasted it and walked away... Somebody is going to get sick.
Overpriced and unimpressed. This was my first time at a Chopt location. I saw on the Chopt website a vegan crunch featured salad for the month that I was really excited to try. When I arrived at the counter the staff had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up ordering the first thing I saw that met my dietary requirement. It tasted fine, but not what I planned to purchase. My husband asked if he could build his own and they said yes - asking him about his toppings with no further direction. There was no signage or explanation that there was a limit to the selections you can add - so he ended up not even getting the meat and toppings he would have otherwise prioritized if he would have known. $22 for some "meh" salads and a disappointing first experience.
We went once and it was great! The next time the romaine was yellow. They had already added it to my bowl and the empolyee was like “we just use all parts of the letttuce”. No offer to change. My salad as gross!
