As far as Chipotle’s go this one is mid. I have had far worse, but i have also had far better. Truly a 3 star rating. Portion sizes were great, but i had a few char burnt chicken crumbs in my burrito. Guac was excellent though.
Everytime I come here there is some sort of issue. Today I waited over an hour for my mobile order to be ready, they said someone probably stole it, then took another 30 mins to remake it. This is the third or fourth time i have waited over an hour on my food. And then they barely put any food in the bowl
I don't know why I expect something different each time but I'm disappointed every. Single. Time. Tonight was the last time though. I ordered a fajita veggie quesadilla with a side of corn salsa and sour cream thru doordash. The food came and it was AN EMPTY TORTILLA!! No cheese, no veggies.. just a burnt pressed tortilla! The sour cream had lettuce and meat in it and the corn salsa was frozen. How? How is it THIS bad?? I just don't get it. Awful.
Loved their new chicken. Food was good and fresh. Took a little while to get to order though.
The store was noisy and appeared less than stellar when it came to being clean. We ate outside at the tables offered to avoid the indoor atmosphere. The food was okay but just lukewarm. Compared to other Chipotles I've visited this one did not impress me as a place I'd enjoy going back to often.The servers were polite but, when I asked for the tofu option, the server did not know what I was talking about. I asked again; this time for chorizo which is their name for the sausage flavored tofu they carry at all their franchises and they still didn't have a clue until another employee got involved and verified what I was requesting.Parking was adequate and the location is safe and easily accessible from downtown
Worst meal this year! Horrible. Had the Pollo aside. The entire plate was a slimy bowl of white goo. The excessive dollop of sour cream overtook the meal and made the entire dish cold. . Unable to taste the chicken nor could I find the rice. Very disappointing.
Absolutely the WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. First of all, EVERY single time I order it for delivery it's wrong. They mess it up every single time without fail. Second of all, tonight we went there at 9pm (they close- as stated online, at 10pm). We were turned away at the door because they are only staying open for the last hour for door dash delivery. Are you kidding me??? Change your freaking hours online then before people drive all the way there! Absolutely ridiculous. I've had to make so many complaints about this location it's insane. It needs a new manager and workers ASAP. Also, it takes literally 2 seconds to change your hours online before people waste their gas driving to your location just to be turned away.
Usually I would give a manager an opportunity to hear the situation and make things right before leaving a review, but since no one answers the phone and the voicemail box is full, here we are. Ordered a PLANT BASED chorizo bowl, and it had chicken mixed in. I'm a vegetarian and was so excited when plant based chorizo was added to the menu, but this is so disappointing that due to obvious quality control issues and careless employees, I can't trust that ordering this will actually be meatless. What's the point of even offering plant based menu options if your employees can't be bothered to keep meat out of it. This location has forgotten ingredients in my online orders in the past, and I've for some reason kept giving it another chance, but after this I will never be visiting this location again.
First the staff are very unfriendly the quesadilla (steak)was too spicy to eat and had to use my pocket knife to cut the flour shell it was like cutting leather and chicken quesadilla was tough too but the was good and the app sucks took forever to place the order I'm sticking to MOES
First time trying this place and I loved it! The burrito bowl was big enough to fill with all my favourite toppings and the meat was delicious! Also loved filling up my lemonade for free! Busy little place.
