if I could I'll give zero stars their delivery driver looks like a straight attic their receptionist who picks up the phone is rude and very disrespectful and over the past year or so their food has gotten bad i'm wondering if they got new owners or so because the service is no longer good along with their food from about a year ago I do not recommend this to anybody
My favorite Chinese food to get in my area. The staff is always fun to talk to and they are always prompt and food is consistently good.
I placed an order through Door Dash and was missing part of my order. I called China Wok directly and they delivered what was missing without hesitation. Great customer service! Thank you.
If I could use negative stars, I would. This place is horrible...1. The customer service is ridiculous... I was hung up after calling to inform them my order was wrong for the second time in a two weeks.The first time they left something out of the delivery, they told me I could come and get it. They did not have a driver coming my way, which is about a mile away, so they would not deliver what they forgot from the order.2. Not enough room to type the rest... bad service.
We had ordered online and we were missing an item. I double checked and made sure we had ordered it which we did. So I called them and let them know we were missing it. The lady that answered said it wasn’t rung up even though I’m literally looking at it in my computer. She said all I could is request a refund and hung on me. Terrible customer service.
Terrible quality, bad taste, wrong menu items delivered. I paid 60 bucks and only ate an egg roll because it was so inedible.
They can not communicate effectively to complete my order properly and found the manager to be mentally deficient and totally uncooperative. I am never going back again, and in fact, shall avoid Chinese altogether and I should hope that should go for all of Kings Grant as well. As King Mutt, those are my orders.
