Absolutely awful experience both times we’ve ordered from here. First order took over an hour to get, was delivered the wrong food and when asked to either refund or deliver the correct order staff was rude and unwilling to help. Second time realized how expensive the plates are for hole in the wall mediocre food. When picking up food they demanded additional tips and we’re extremely unprofessional— unacceptable behavior and will not be returning.

Food was acceptable? Mediocre!!!But the staff was especially rude and very hateful for lack of any other word.When you are given the wrong food in your order and ask to return it and the man throws it in the trash violently and shoves a bag in your hand very harshly, that’s AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!There will never be another dime spent here and if you know what’s good for you , you too should take your business somewhere else. I have never in my entire life been treated so rudely in a place of business
Love this place but your phone is off and I cant reach you! There's a message saying you will be closed 8/9 and 8/10...reopen 8/11 today is 8/12 and message still on phone
I ordered the House Ali Mein. I got a couple of pieces of chicken and a few shrimp. No onions, no scallions, no pro or beef. I could have made spaghetti at home for $1.00. Very disappointing!
I would first like to say i do love this places food but today i placed a delivery order and the person who answered the phone was rude and was laughing at me when i was explaining where i live. Then someone else got on the phone and asked me for my address which i had to give to them 3 times because they complained and said there are too many addresses for my phone number. She was rude when she asked if it was cash or card and didnt even give me a time frame on how long. Please get some better people to answer your buisnesses phone.
This was just by far the worst delivery experience of my life. The little troll came to my door and I was overwhelmed with the audacity that she cursed at me and said they don't deliver here and we never tip, given this is the first and last time I will order, the food looked terrible, I threw it away. Stay away from here at all costs.
