Had to be the rudest experience I've ever dealt with in my life. I'm from NY and never experienced anything like this. This lady answered the phone and said "NO" right off the bat not saying anything just "NO". I called again and they said we don't deliver to you. I called 1 more time asked for an owner or manager they said no one was there. Ok that's fine will not order from you. Why they proceded to call back and harass us was very sad and strange to me. Bad business will not get food from them ever. Not good customer service or any service at that.

Ordered beef with Chinese veggies last night. We've ordered from them for a long time however don't think we will again. This is the third time we've ordered and the food has absolutely no flavor. Last night even though I asked for extra duck sauce there was NONE in the bag. The sauce would hve given it a little flavor which it really needed.
I asked for extra duck sauce and the lady argued with me and said 2 is enough. I was so humiliated, I will never go back! It ruined my appetite an the meal had no flavor. You don't tell a good paying customer how to eat, so unprofessional.

Very, very, very average…. Egg rolls were mushy inside … probably frozen. The wonton soup was very salty .. tasted pre/made and wontons were tough The kung pao was bland and salty. It had no kick to it. The beef lo mein was bland and the beef had a funny after taste It was Chinese but not coming back

Orange chicken combo.The chicken had a strange taste to it, almost like some type of cleaning spray. Threw it in the trash.
Had to wait at least 20 minutes longer than estimated, then they couldn't find my order and tried giving me someone else's order that totaled over $100 when I had told them multiple times what my order was and how much the total was supposed to be. Very disorganized and the food was below average.
