Always good food. Fast, service with a smile, even when the line wraps around the building. Chick fil a is by far the healthiest fast food on the market to date! So I enjoy a meal guilt free of additives, chemicals, and other stuff unnecessary to real food. I also love the fact that this chain honors God despite the nay sayers. They stand for quality in their work, service, treatment of their customers and staff, and food! Top that yall!
We ordered Chik-fil-a delivery at 12:30 today, we just received our food at 2:05pm. We have kids home, anxiously waiting for food. The food was cold and they filled up our fries half way (see the picture below) , the manager said it would be fresh after our second call to them. They charged our card 30-40 minutes before we received our food. This Chik-fil-a is a disappointment to type of service and care we have grown to know and expect on so many levels. When we spoke with the manager they said there is nothing they can do to make right their mistake, other than give us a free delivery. Ha!I would not recommend this Chik-fil-a to anyone. This is the 2nd time we have had this problem with this particular Chik-fil-a.Total disaster!
Two stars today and I'll tell you why... I was told today that the reason the play area is closed isn't due to Covid, and isnt temporary it's because "the space is better used as storage". Megan, the manager was very rude.. quite unbecoming of what you would expect from a chick-fil-a employee. Food was good, service was ehh. News of the play area being permanently closed was a disappointment. If it was temporary due to health concerns I could understand, but to completely remove it is just not cool. A large part of the business is children....cater to them and that's where you'll make your money. Remember to smile Megan...a good attitude goes a long way.
I usually steer clear of "fast food"... but Chick-fil-A at 5:15PM on Monday ISN'T fast food! The wait was agonizingly long, despite the fact that management placed employees OUTSIDE to take AND cash-out our orders AHEAD of the drive-through window.Varying three digit numbers (on black & white 3x5 cards) were placed on each customer's windshield after they paid and this was SUPPOSED to reduce confusion for the employees tasked with figuring out what orders belonged to which customers. Unfortunately, that system seemed to create more confusion for both customers AND staff and it actually caused (I WATCHED this occur as I waited) a few customers curse at one another (thankfully all from the safety of their vehicles). After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I finally received my order; navigated my way around several vehicles blocking the exit, and sped home. How was the food? It was OKAY. It was NOT WORTH all that.
Usually people always friendly. Today I made the mistake of asking for extra straws to share our milkshake, so I guess that warranted the cashier to say our Lord’s name in vain.
Waited for about 10min to get order taken for breakfast. By the time they got to me with no one else in line breakfast hours were over and they wouldn't serve it to me. Will never be coming to a chick-fil-a again!
Great food and fast service done with a smile. they have a wide variety of food from breakfast fare to dinner . this is not dine in sit down cloth napkins but lighter fare done well.
Unfortunately I watched as a young dark haired female delivery driver in a red Chick-fil-A company vehicle cut three cars off while darting in and out of traffic today at 1:38 pm since I was already 5 miles over the speed limit and she was pulling away from others at a high rate of speed I Called into the monkey junction store to realize that they were not concerned. As a local business owner if an employee in a company vehicle is called in on I take this very seriously. Most people will not take the time out of their schedule to call in on a driver unless the erratic behavior isn’t over the top. Simply people are to busy and just don’t care. But watching this behavior behind a wheel needs to be addressed. Shame on the young lady who answered the phone as if the concern was a joke. I would truly hate for the delivery driver or anyone else to be hurt. Figured since the representative on the phone thought it was funny as well maybe this would be the best forum to be heard.
I try to buy fast food only once a month.I asked for the spice chicken and didn't know it just comes plain with only a little pickle.I was hoping to get lettuce, tomato and onion.I drove away and noticed that far away.I guess was my fault for not asking about it.Clerks are nice, clean restaurant and good food.
I just left the restaurant. This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. There were no napkins, straw, or requested condiments in the bag. The fries were somewhat cold and no salt. The nuggets were also lukewarm. For $10 I would expect much better than this. Unusual for a Chick-fil-A.
