The drive thru looked as though he wasn't happy when my card wasn't immediately handed to him.. So with 3 orders of breakfast mini's, he puts "1" sauce packet in the bag... After asking me how many I wanted at the order menu. It was obvious he definitely did not want to be at work much less wait a half a second for a card. Outside of that.. The absolute Best Customer Service from a fast food restaurant
While waiting in line a manager came out demanding I move my vehicle to let someone else move. I explained I was not co.fortable reversing in the drive thru line with vehicles behind me, and I had already backed up to give space, so not what chick Fil a used to be. Zero customer service skills, demanding after I said no I wasn't comfortable, telling me that he would guide me I don't think so, vehicles were behind me... and I would have hit them not his vehicle not his call!
We love Chick-fil-A as a quick meal. Food is always good and normally service is quick. This one seems to be rather slow and most of the time, we have to park on the side and wait for our food at this one. Peoples are friendly and helpful but other Chick-Fil-As seem to get things out faster.
Chick-fil-A never ceases to amaze me. Today was one of those days. Other fast food places should study them. They are super courteous, super fast, and super efficient. I love their 'my pleasure' reply to all the thank you and it never sounds scripted. Their hash brown casserole haa become my all time breakfast favorite - move over pancakes, french toast, and the delicious chicken minis! I love this place. If only they served breakfast on Sundays before church service or Sunday afternoons after church service; then I'd say I'd found heaven on earth.
Always amazing. Friendly staff and very efficient. The best fast food by far even when the lines long. I use the app and do pickup inside if possible to avoid waiting but if I don’t remember ahead of time it moves quickly.
For years this chick fila has been the slowest in town. Did a survey the other day when nobody was even there and no signs on doors windows or drive through and all I got was a thanks for the survey response a few days later.
They have their act together with customer service. I don't know how they could serve the long line of vehicles of customers that were there so quickly. Other fast food restaurant employees need to take some training at this Chick-fil-A.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Found an entire bug in our kale salad. Customer service representatives were utterly incompetent. Chick-fil-a offered a $2 refund for the kale salad and refused to refund the rest of the order. This is the last time I’ll ever eat at this restaurant.
Absolutely awful service. We found a ROACH in our salad! I tried to call and get a refund, had a picture of the bug, and they only offered to refund the $2 salad and not the rest of the $40 order!!!! When I said I would tell other customers, they threatened to call the police. The hands down worst chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had. It’s 100% worth the extra 5-10 minutes to head to the chikfila near mayfaire.
We had ordered a big catering order with a delivery for 7:00am for the office staff where I work. They were on time, the food was hot and fresh. Best part it tasted so good (what else can you expect from Chick-fil-A) and the manager that delivered the food to us was as nice as can be. We will defiantly be using them again in the future and we highly recommend them as well.
