Mixed reviews. I think they have the best chicken sandwiches and chicken strips I've ever had. But yet I've had breakfast three times on my way to work and all three times I couldn't get out of the bathroom.Lunch or dinner I have no problem with but I'll never eat breakfast there again
I used to love Chick-fil-a. Maybe it's just this store, but the food just doesn't taste very fresh anymore. And my order has been wrong several times out of my last few visits! They have been very kind in correcting the issues, but I'm not sure they have enough help. Long waits as with all of them, but very knowledgeable and nice people taking orders.
Love this chick fila so much. I’ve never seen such amazing sweet and efficient employees. Every time I go through the drive through It’s guaranteed I will leave with a big ol smile on my face due to the employees infectious uplifting energy. The line is ALWAYS around the building (because of how amazing they are) yet I’ve never sat in that long line for longer than 15 minutes. They efficiently get people in and out faster than a drive thru with 2 cars versus 30 cars. It’s actually insane the service I get at this chick fila. It blows my mind as someone from Brazil somewhere we would never encounter such efficient and good customer service. Genuinely can’t believe that is a fast food
Monkey Junction location a lot better and associates friendlier. After waiting in line 30 minutes for my food ( expected, Chick Fil A totally normally worth it ) I get up to the window and they asked the name on my order ( other locations have a number system) they hand me my bag of food and my drink. I glanced in my bag to check my order and notice they gave me fries instead of the Mac and cheese I paid a upcharge for. I said “ oh wait…” and was cut off by a young boy loudly saying “ we don’t have Mac and cheese tonight sir!”. It bothers me that he knew what I was going to say before I said it and was going to let me drive off paying extra and not giving me a refund. Secondly the correct statement should be “ we ran out of Mac and cheese “ because you still had it when I ordered it. My food was cold which has never happened at a Chick fil A before. I don’t think they had a grasp on the volume of cars tonight and food was being bagged and getting cold. I don’t know if I would return to this location, very inferior to the others in town I have visited.
Our dog loves the chicken tenders and would eat as many as you offer. Obviously, he is not the only one who loves Chick-fil-A as there is, typically, a line of cars around the building
Stopped here to redeem some points we had collected in the app. We normally have a problem with the app when we try to redeem points through an in-app purchase so we decided to ask the person taking orders for advice. We were told to just order through the drive thru and let them scan. The process was much better than when we redeemed points in the drive thru.The staff here is great. The food was delivered quickly and we were on our way quickly.
Something needs to be done about the drive thru.The set up causes people to cut the line while those of us who follow the rules stay back to allow customers to exit. I saw another comment about a fight nearly breaking out. Same thing again tonight. Probably frequent. Cashier was nice but the wait times, set up, management, etc...all need major improvement before we will think about coming here again.
It was pretty darn good, lol :) Me and my daughter always get a kids meal with the ice cream cone, and everything was delicious...We dip our fries in the cone-sweet and salty, hot and cold, fantastic...

It's Chick-fil-a... they wrote the book on fast food customer service and this establishment shows it daily with personal care and attention that is lost on most other "Burger Joints." I have always found this location to be quick-despite being extremely busy most of the day.Food Preparation: 9/10Cleanliness: 8/10Service: 10/10Value: 7/10
