Ordered one burger and they messed it up somehow still. I attempted to call so they could fix but they will not answer the phone, and their voice-mail is full.Hard to want to support businesses that dont support their customers.
#4 is one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten. I did ordered it with no cheese, the toppings are so fresh.
Not enough workers and wasn't able to ask questions while ordering. Drive thru worker given an impossible task for good customer service
Ordered 3 chicken tenders and a small drink. Paid $7,05 for it. Got fries, that I did not order, and tasteless chicken tenders. Good service people got the 3.
So far, so good. Been thru drive thru twice. Food nice and hot but employees seem like they have an attitude. I think I would too if I worked there though ?♀️
They need to replace the their drive through everything.I have a mild hearing issue and I can barely hear a word they say back to me.The management and staff are apparently unaware of this, because the don’t give a flying (fill this in as you please).Your equipment, your training, and your management are broken.If anyone who cares is reading this (doubt it) talk to you franchiser. Don’t take it out your customers or employees (they don’t seem to be very happy to begin with).

Checkers have a new chicken tender meal on the menu, it's called fry-seasoned tenders. They are the worst tenders I've ever had in my life. I spent $7 on 3 very very little nasty tenders. Actually that checkers has fell off in every way possible, please save your money and don't go there.
Checkers is a Fast Food place here in Wilmington that to me has the BEST Seasoned ? Fries around Town! And they have a Burger called the Big Buford that is 2nd to None!! The folks that work there Always seem to be in a Good Mood and Although Both drive thru lanes are Usually long, the wait time is minimal!
Waited 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and got to the window and waited another 5 minutes before receiving food which was barely warm. Fries were thrown in bag on top of napkins. Furthermore, the building needs serious repair and the parking lot is riddle with HUGE potholes and gravel.
