Nothing I say here is going to make any real impact. I will say that as a frequent BWW customer, I will drive further to go to the Eastwood Road location. The staff is far more organized, the food is prepared and served better, and the atmosphere is nicer. FAIR WARNING...if you order Uber/Door dash, it is highly likely that your order will take forever and will not be complete. if you call to speak to a manager regarding the issue, you will find that the only concern is getting you off the phone. I spent $68 on dinner tonight (before driver tip) and it will be the last cent I spend at this location.If you work at this establishment...please remember that delivery customers pay higher prices than in store. We also pay a premium to have your food delivered. We don't get refills, we don't take up a table, and we can't speak directly to staff when something is wrong or just plain ignored. A guest in the restaurant has an opportunity to fix errors right there. All orders should be correct the first time, but ESPECIALLY when the customer has pick up or delivery because we depend on YOU to properly prepare and pack our orders as requested before the order leaves the store. Do better.
The poorest service I've had in a long time from anywhere. We got seated right away and waited 20 minutes and not one waitress said one word to us. The restaurant was not that busy. Waitresses walked back and forth past us and not one stopped. One did however stop to talk and flirt with some guys at the bar for 10 minutes.The same waitresses walked back and forth. No food and no drinks.We weren't even acknowledged.
Went out for dinner last night with my wife and daughter, it’s my first time coming here and as first times go, I don’t think I’ll be back. The food wasn’t the issue. In fact it was amazing, it was the service more than anything. Our server “Cat” didn’t seem to have a clue what she was doing, and seemed out of it, my wife ordered spicy wings and had to ask three times for a water in the space of 5 minutes. I understand servers get busy but within 5 minutes is a bit appalling, on top of that she didn’t even take our menus away right until the end where we moved them so they were in plain sight, we had dishes piled up and the table was cramped as it was, we also had to ask for dishes for our appetisers. Wasn’t happy with this experience
If you enjoy the sports bar atmosphere you will love it here! The food is great, they have flat screens everywhere plus the huge jumbo tron sized screens over the bar.
Food wasn't that good. If i never go there again it would be fine by me. Wings were cold scarcely coveted with sauce.
Go ????!!! We won!! Enjoyed some tasty boneless wings & nachos with nice drinks! Our waiter was quick to change the channel so we could watch our Philadelphia Eagles! Great service!!! Saw some other Eagle’s fans so we will be nesting there from now on!!!!!!
We came here to watch foosball and had the best service from “Sam I am”. What a pleasure she was. Excellent service! So glad I can count on this place to show my games.
My 1st visit to a BWW. It was pretty good. Waitress was very nice and provided great service. Not over bearing but right on time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Great food, awesome staff. The bartender was on point with our drinks. The music was eclectic, the football games were a blast.
5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICEThey got my order wrong, and because I did not check it before leaving, I was greeted with an order that was incorrect! It happens. People make mistakes and hence an order of food can be delivered incorrectly. It's how you handle this type of situation that differentiates the average from the exceptional!So I called up the store and was connected to the person who helped me. I informed her that the order was wrong. After a brief hold, the manager was on the phone with me and asked me about my order and what items I received. I let her know what the issue was, and as opposed to making up excuses or cutting me off mid sentence - she LISTENED TO ME! Then she apologized, ASKED ME how I would like her to remedy it! I let her know, that it was the correct order I placed and that I would grudgingly have to go back to pick it up. Again, another apology and she thanked me for my willingness to come back so they could make it right.When I arrived back up to the store, the manager greeted me at the front desk, walked me over to my order, reviewed it with me and then apologized again! She asked if I wanted anything else (on the house) for my troubles and I declined but thanked her for her courteousness.It's easy to give 1 star for a wrong order and never make the call to discuss with the manager of an operation. However, this place gets 5 stars for being great at customer service and listening to a customer explain the issue and offer up a remedy. Be Nice and others will be nice to you!
